Technician was awsome. Professional, knowledgeable. The garage springs were replaced just 5 years ago. But could not support the door and failed. I appreciated that he spoke with me not AT me,. He noticed the black flakes on garage floor and on surface of door and did a futer assessment. Pricing is transparent, fair and reasonable. Wish we had called them the first time. Have had 2 previous repairs. Precision is in my contact list, and will refer them to every looking for help. Thank you.

Gilbert from Precision showed up on time, replaced my garage door springs, changed a broken metal bracket, and performed an overall inspection of my entire garage door, track system, etc., to ensure it was all in good working order. He called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he would arrive soon. He wore a mask the entire time he was with me (Covid precaution), and he was very polite and respectful. He reviewed the costs with me before performing the work, and he explained to me everything he changed/fixed once the work was completed. He even changed the burned out lightbulbs on my garage door opener for me, which was not a part of his job. He saw that I was getting ready to change the bulbs and offered to do it for me. I will use Precision (and Gilbert!) for any future garage door repair needs, and I would highly recommend them to others. :)

Call precision this morning they gave me an estimated price on the phone and gave me a 2 hour time slot. Between 4:00pm and 6:00pm it is now 5:12 they should up performed the work and the price was per quote can't ask for any better

The Precision Garage technician, Jose Perez, called me when he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed the Good-Better-Best Options for my two openers; one failing and one ‘classic’ and then he installed two new openers, model 8550. Jose went over the operation of the openers and even Help setup the remote openers in my car. I felt exceptionally fortunate to have a friendly, professional such as Jose do the installation. He is the standard for ‘Best’ in a Good-Better-Best scenario.

This would be a no star review if the system let me....... No service performed, because I could not get anyone to call me back to assure me that all of the issues I discussed with the tech would be handled once they came out to perform the work. It has been 4 business days since I called and requested a call back from someone to help me, and I have called 3 times and emailed ktaylor@precisiondoor.net (the owner's last name is Taylor, so I'm betting wife, brother or other relative) but have been ignored. I have used these guys previously with generally positive results, but in this case they have dropped the ball from the get-go. Very sad to see a business being run into the ground like this.

Very good customer service when I called in to schedule a service appt. Then on the date of the appt, the service repairman was on the job timely, called me, advised me of all the issues found with the opener, including to make sure I was aware of the age of the opener. He gave me a detailed repair list and cost of same, which was very reasonable. I use this same company for a house in Las Vegas and received the same great services.

I called Precision after a very disappointing experience with another company. They told me the gears had broken on my old garage door opener. I told him it was simply not working occasionally. He told me NO...it was broken. He told me I NEEDED to buy a new one. So, I tried the unit again and it worked. He looked shocked and made some excuse up. He then jacked up the retail on putting a new unit in for me...and then when I told him no...preceded to go down in price. By that time, I had enough of his "sales job". I called Precision...they immediately came out - I described the issue. They checked the opener and told me the circuit board was aged (almost 20 years!) but the gears were fine...but old. His professionalism gave me the confidence to decide to buy a brand new unit and have it installed asap! They were quick, friendly, and really knew their stuff! ALL WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE! Our new belt drive Liftmaster is quiet, powerful, and works perfectly! Overall a tremendous experience from Precision and their talented and friendly staff. If you are looking for a similar outstanding experience - do not hesitate to call! Don't waste time on the others...trust me
