We had Precision Garage Door come to our house. Manny arrived early and provided excellent advice and gave us a couple of options for the repair. We rent an old house which made things a little difficult due to the weight of the door. By providing different options it gave our landlord the option to repair the door or replace everything to get life time warranty . He traveled 50 miles and didn’t charge us for the bid. I recommend Percision Garage Door for any door repair.

Well I'm very disappointed in this transaction. The service advisor quoted me $860.00 to replace two springs when I told them that that was twice what I was expecting to be billed he asked me what I was expecting. I replied that I was expecting about $400.00 and he said he would call his supervisor to see if they could reduce the amount charged. The supervisor asked if $419.00 would work and of course I said yes but if I were a customer that knew nothing about what this service should cost I would have paid double as I'm sure many people have. I can't help but feel this rips off many unsuspecting customers that would not question the charges. For this reason alone I will never do business with this company again.

I just want to share with you my experience with Precision Garage Door Riverside. I had a problem with my door buckling yesterday morning. I called Precision and the Tech (Kusay) arrived in less than 2 hours! I explained what happened and within a few minutes, Kusay made a recommendation to fix my problem. He spent approx. 30 minutes or so to repair and tighten my springs. Wow! My garage opens like brand new. Even though my door is 24yrs old, he didn't try to push a new garage door on me. I did however ask for a quote on a new door for future consideration, which I received shortly after he left! Kusay was very professional throughout the repair and answered all of my questions!!!! This was my second time using Precision in the last 5 years and I highly recommend them. Thanks Again!!!!

Call and receive same day service which was truly nice. My technician Ivan was a true professional and had the door with new brackets and reset with in the hour.its was hot and smelly since we could no longer open the the to ventilate. He also made several future replacements that would be beneficial to our use. Will definitely use them again.

At 2 AM, my daughter called saying the garage door won't open. I went to the garage and saw the cable was off the pulley and I couldn't fix it. At 7 AM, I made a call to Precision and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I received a text saying that Jorge was on his way. A short while later he was in my garage doing a safety inspection and explaining the main problem and gave me 4 different options for the repair and the cost of each. I really appreciated that information so I could be the one that made the decision knowing what I could afford. A little more than hour later the repair was complete and the door was working properly. I really appreciated Jorge and his professionalism and how he took the time to explain the problem and give me a complete and honest quote.
