We had a problem with our garage door opener that was discovered on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision that day and the appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon. We were given a time of between 2 and 4 pm and told that the technician would call to let us know he was on the way. Carlos (really terrific..professional, courteous and knowledgeable) called about 1pm to let us know he was running earlier than expected and was it convenient for him to come to us in the next 15 minutes. He arrived, looked at the problem and had it repaired within 20 minutes. Cannot say enough positive things about Carlos and Precision Door Service. Definitely will use them again when the need arises

I was told The only appointment available would be tomorrow and I explained that my car was stuck in my garage and I had no way to get it out till someone could come fix the door. Jose Perea called me about 10 minutes later and was at my house 30 minutes after the phone call. He was professional and very helpful. He explain what was wrong and had everything fixed after about 20 minutes! If anything goes wrong with my garage again i will defiantly call Precision again!

I rate the company service a scale rating of 5, from contacting them to the Tech who comes out to resolved the problem. We have been involved with them since 2018 if I recall correctly. Their garage door works has performed with no problems and to come out again to try and get the remote from the car visor to work is good customer service. Their responding fee is $49.95, really reasonable
