WOW!!! It's not every day you find a company that exceeds your expectations, however, I am so impressed. Called Precision about noon today and within 2 hours they arrived. The technician Jose Perea was fantastic!! Explained everything...installed the opener and I couldn't have been more pleased. Obviously he's done this a time or two...but the attention to detail and professional installation was amazing. Gilbert from Precision showed up on time, replaced my garage door springs, changed a broken metal bracket, and performed an overall inspection of my entire garage door, track system, etc., to ensure it was all in good working order. He called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he would arrive soon. He wore a mask the entire time he was with me (Covid precaution), and he was very polite and respectful. He reviewed the costs with me before performing the work, and he explained to me everything he changed/fixed once the work was completed. He even changed the burned out lightbulbs on my garage door opener for me, which was not a part of his job. He saw that I was getting ready to change the bulbs and offered to do it for me. I will use Precision (and Gilbert!) for any future garage door repair needs, and I would highly recommend them to others. :)
