I can truly say Precision is everything their website says it is. Our spring broke and both of our vehicles were trapped inside and we could not budge the garage door. I was totally pleased with Precision garage doors service. Frist, I called after 5:00 in the evening and a "real" person answered the phone. Next; a service man was here by 10:00 the next morning. He knew exactly how to fix my problem and was finished in 40 minutes. He also put on a new rubber seal, for the bottom of the door, to keep dirt and sand out of the garage. Great job Precision!
