We needed service on our garage door. It was making an unfamiliar sound when it closed. Eric Parra came and explained that our door was nearing the end of its life where spring, rollers, etc. would possibly brake or stop working soon based on the age of those parts. In the end, he reconstructed our garage with all new parts. He was very courteous and professional at all times.
