I love this company - they're prompt (always calling if they are able to come sooner), they've always done excellent work, solved my issues, explained options, and I've never felt pressured to get work done that I didn't want. My technician (Carlos Barragan) was very friendly and answered all my questions, explaining things so I could understand what he was going to do, and why. Justin was able to come out to my home same day wich was very convenient! He installed a new garage door motor and preformed some maintenance on my hinges and barrings etc. He also installed a new key pad for me. We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion.
