I called in the afternoon and dealt with Lonnie who was very professional and helpful and set us up with their tech Jose Perea. Jose came out the very next day in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and really experienced. Our opener was fixed in a matter of minutes and is working like it was brand new. Precision Door Service(s) were referred to me from a neighbor. Appt. was made, Service Technician Jorge Fortanel called within the stated time window and called when 20 minutes. A safety inspection of all components were performed and shared(already noting springs were broke). New springs and plates, garage door chain/belt was adjusted to alignment and rolling guides were cleaned. Called at 800 and young lady who answered phone was very helpful and courteous. I was told that technician would be here between 10 to 12 am and he was. Technician called 10 minutes before arrival as the young lady said. He than explanined what he would to fix the door and prices. He was not pushy on the higher work. But he recommended what should be done in the future. As I’m on a fixed income I really appreciated that. For future work I will call back.
