Once the guy got here, I really felt like I was dealing with a sales man rather than a repair man. I told him I had their coupon for 15.00 off, he said they have a new program and he would have to charge me 45.00 if I wanted to use the coupon. So why do they even have coupons on their site. Also I thought it was quite pricey at 400.00 to change rwo springs.

The technician was here in an hour and fixed my issue (added two garage struts) in thirty minutes. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

He did not try to upsell me or convince me I needed service I clearly didn't need. He simply explained the problem, the fix options and how to go about future upgrades if I choose. Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.

Your service was timely in all aspects. I had one bent (not frayed) cable that could have been replaced but the tech stated that they come two to a set. So I had to replace both and pay for labor to replace both. I have a company that sells "certified" SS aircraft cables to owners of P51 Mustang aircraft and they are less expensive than your garage door cables. Your charge of $257.00 to replace cables, which took all of 20 to 30 minutes, was just ridiculous. $100.00 for two cable and $100.00 for labor makes you a lot of money but tells me to do it myself next time. I will also give my company a sample of your cable to make up 10 or 20 for myself and others. Maybe I will put them on the internet and sell them for half your price. Again, good service, timely and great attitude but way too expensive for this simple job. "Get real and people will call back. Ripe them off and they will find another way"
