He answered all my questions and took time to explain how to take care of my door to make it last. Garage door opener was not able to close. The light was blinking and the door opened up again. Had to touch the key pad again to close or open again. Bill Weier(technician) was able to solve the problem. Nice and pleasant tech. explained the problem.

I was serviced by Mike. He was friendly and professional. Called shortly before showing up to let me know he was on his way. He explained the problem after a few tests, and suggested a full replacement of everything (did not feel pressured one bit). The full replacement was not much more than what was needed for my opener itself. So worth it. Also got a lifetime warranty on all the parts. Including springs, which most warranty companies refuse to cover. Though it took a bit longer than expected (these things happen) Mike informed me of all the things my new opener can do, and showed me the menu system on the opener. I felt very well taken care of and am glad to have used Precision.

If installation of the new door is as easy as ordering the door, we will be pleased beyond expectation. Our salesman was very thorough explaining the different doors and costs. I am very impressed by the way you do business. I was surprised to get an email announcing the technician's arrival time along with pictures of your staff for verification! Your tech, Jose, explained everything to me and I fully understood why mechanisms had to be replaced etc. He showed me the defective parts. He was great!

I am VERY, VERY satisfied with my most recent service experience with Precision! Jose Perea and his very helpful assistant came out and were very professional! After accessing what needed to be replaced they both began to quickly work on my door. They both replaced the needed items and serviced the door and checked it for proper operation. After they were done the door now operates like it is brand NEW! I was very impressed with the quality of work they both did. Fantastic service. Arrived at the time indicated and received a call when he was about 20 minutes away. Jimmy was great; he showed me how several of my garage door parts were worn out, had a broken spring, etc. Since I was unhappy with the model the previous homeowner installed, I went for the whole thing and replaced the whole opener. Work was completed in timely manner and very professional. Prices are competitive as well. highly recommend Precision.

We used Precision Door a year and a half ago to replace our noisy chain drive opener with a quite belt drive. They were awesome . Fair price, great service. They even helped us download a phone app that acts as a security monitor and garage remote. Yesterday our 15 year old door spring finally snapped. Mike came out in record time to install a double spring system and new hardware. Now our door is quieter than ever and I feel good knowing that the parts have a lifetime warranty. Precision is not the cheapest but you definitely get value. :-)
