Gilbert Garcia was the technician. He was skilled, personable, and answered all of our questions. He replaced the broken door springs and did maintenance that would help prevent future problems. We felt he had genuine concern for our welfare. He followed the COVID19 regulations and also did the repairs quickly. We felt safe. We feel the company was honest in their pricing. My second experience with Precision, the first was several years ago for Door Opener repair. 4-29 my garage door had a cable come unattached, which then skewed door badly, tearing rollers out of track, twisting track, such that door was jammed, up about 18" on one end. Called Precision late afternoon. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Appointment scheduled. Derek called the next morning on his way and said he would be here shortly. Arrived right on time, "social-distancing" precautions evident, quickly assessed the problem, and told me door was salvageable, which was a great relief. He then explained options, including re-build, which I opted for....new rollers, cables, springs, lube and adjust all parts. He had it finished in less than 90 minutes....look and operates like new. Derek was a gentleman and obviously knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Precision and Derek....both exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!

Hello Don. Yes the garage doors are wonderful, The only problem, is the outside doors sealer around the doors. Shawn came by to evaluate. He is going to replace the top section. I'm not sure what you call it, but it seals the outside of garage doors. Hopefully it does the job to look good so the neighbors can admire as I would.

Garage door would not close. Technician recognized door sensor problem within a minute of checking door. Technician corrected the sensor problem and gave excellent advice of what to do if the problem happened again. I received excellent service.

So pleased with the excellent service we received. We were able to schedule a same day appointment (on a Sunday!) and our technician Gilbert arrived right on schedule. This was a smooth, easy process from the start - we received an email confirmation of our appointment and a phone call once our technician was on his way to our home. Gilbert was very professional, explained our options and installed a really nice, quiet opener with a security key pad. Gilbert made sure we understood all the features of our new opener and programmed our remotes for us. He lubricated the rollers and wheels to ensure maximum performance that's whisper quiet. Will definitely call Precision for our next garage door/opener service!

A few months ago I had Precision out to repair/replace my broken springs on our two car roll up door. Gilbert Garcia was our Technician. He did a wonderful quick repair. He was very professional and friendly. When we started having trouble with our door opener, I didn't think of any other company to call but Precision. To our surprise Gilbert was once again our Tech. He tried to fix the door opener as best he could however, it was old and on it's last leg. The "fix" he made could very well have gotten us by for months if not a year or two but I was wherry of it failing while I was away so we made the decision to replace the opener. Gilbert explained the different products to us so without making a suggestion of which one to purchase. We made the choice that we believe is best of us and we'll only have to wait a day to get it installed. Thank you Gilbert! and Thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Rook (sp?) did a great job. Came out on a Sunday during the Coronavirus epidemic and made our garage door better than new. The day before, a rake got jammed in the side of the garage door when it was being lowered. The top center of the door caved in. He replaced the top strut, opener connecting piece, springs, and readjusted the door.

I chose Precision Door for all my garage door needs now as they came to my rescue a couple of years ago when my garage door would open and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP and they came out that night and replaced the motor, springs and checked all the joints and the track to make sure it was back in perfect order and i was good to go the next morning.
