Jose was very personable and a great representative of Precision. He explained my options and found that with a broken spring and motor to replace the whole system. The new opener is modern (WIFI), dual lights and remotes, so I can open the door with my built-in remote in my car or use my smart phone. A neighbor, two doors down, has the same problem with his door and I recommended Precision. Great job Jose.

From the time I called and spoke to Maryn she was very informative, when I told her what's was going on with my garage. The tech Jose came out in a few hours and was absolutely great! I am so please with the service and our new garage opener works fantastic & it's no noise like my old one!! Was easy setting appointment for repair. Service was fast & freindly. Only had mix up with appointment seter as to what was right part & price, Shane said they had priced the smaller springs that would have worked but not lasted as long. Was to busy and forgot to give your tec my $30 of coupon shame on me. Thanks for fast service, would definlety recomend. Hard to get same day service and be charged extra.

I live in a very dark, desolate,but beautiful place called Devore! My safety is extremely important and paramount to me and my family. I was having trouble with my door opening, then falling and then unable to reopen door. On this last holiday 5-31-16, I met Jose Perea(WOW). He was so professional and polite, he renewed my faith in contractors(Smile). He new exactly what needed to be done and he knew how to do it!!! My door is quieter, more efficient and I have a whole new system such as motion lighting, wall panel with temperature, date and rotating codes every time I open the door; adding to my safety and security. I can go on and on about Jose but that would take at least week(smile). Oh, not coming on to him, but did I mention that Jose was clean and neat and may I say, not bad to look at(smile). Jose, you made my day, even on a holiday!!!

A small SNAKE was wrapped around the cable pulley that lifts up my garage door. As a result, when it started to raise, the body of the snake guided the cable off the pulley causing the door to bend to one side as it rose. Now all the tracks, and rollers, and door are damaged, bent, coming off the walls.I Can't believe this is happened. Only in Beaumont! PS the snake is dead. Lucky for me I called Precision Garage Door. Mike came over and made a bad situation into a good one in no time at all. I would recommend this service to everybody who needs it. Thanks Mike.

We used Precision Door a year and a half ago to replace our noisy chain drive opener with a quite belt drive. They were awesome . Fair price, great service. They even helped us download a phone app that acts as a security monitor and garage remote. Yesterday our 15 year old door spring finally snapped. Mike came out in record time to install a double spring system and new hardware. Now our door is quieter than ever and I feel good knowing that the parts have a lifetime warranty. Precision is not the cheapest but you definitely get value. :-)

Late Sunday afternoon, our 13 year old garage door opener died. You dont appreciate that technology until you have to open the garage door by hand. I called your local number and the phone was answered in under two minutes. To our pleasant surprise, a tech showed up in under an hour. By the end of dinner, we had a replacement garage door opener installed. Amazingly responsive and professional service.
