We chose Precision, becuase we had used this company with satisfactiion in the past. We were pleased with this call for services, which resulted in a 24 hour response; the responder was polite, know his business, and when beyond the requirements. He showed us tat the most economical solution was a new door and helped us get our car outside of the garage, so it could be used, while we waited for the new door to arrive and be installed.

We had three single garage doors and two new openers installed. Dean our sales represenative was very helpfull. He guided us to a set of doors and openers that would work best for our home. He didn't try to up-sell us unwanted or unneeded equipment. Dean made the whole experience low pressured and quite enjoyable at a very good price. The day of installation work was completed just as promised. Carlos our installer worked hard and always seemed to do it with a smile and a pleasant attitude. His work started on time finished quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who needs new doors or openers.

Excellent service! My Precision Overhead Garage Door was not functioning properly. I called for service and the Riverside company sent Steve to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with several possible "fixes". I chose one and he completed the repair in several hours. The work was expensive, but the repair is done and the overhead garage door works very well. Thank you for your service.

I initially chose Precision Door Service because they advertised 24/7 service and because I really was impressed that they provided photos and full names of their Technicians and their Installer. I felt that this was very important for security purposes in knowing who would be coming out to my home and that they were truly employees of the company. From Stephanie (in the office) to Jarrod Zamora (initial Technician who did assessment of problem/provided estimated costs) and Carlos Jaquez (actual Installer of my new garage door): each one was friendly, yet professional in their demeanor, willing to answer any questions and provide information in a clear, forthcoming manner and did so patiently, courteously. Mr. Jaquez (Installer) arrived on time the day of installation, worked quickly, finishing in about an hour. He also cleaned up my garage area after the job was done and left it neat and clean. He did a fine job and the new door looks and works great. Thank you to everyone at Precision Door.

I am more than happy to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door services. I called at 7:30 am with a request to look at my 20 year old garage door, which had stopped working the day before. By 10:30 am, Jose had installed a new motor and new rollers. He was honest about what needed to be replaced and very fast and efficient in getting the work completed. We appreciated his work and his positivity. I will recommend this company to anyone wondering who to call.

I recently moved into my home in Yucaipa. I found that there was some maintenance needed on three garage door openers. I also needed a full set of remotes and two key pads. Steven came out and did an inspection on the older Genie opener. It was discovered that it had a weak torsion spring. He replaced that and did additional maintenance. He also did the maintenance on two LiftMaster openers. The difference on the Genie amazed me. It is now smooth and quiet whereas before it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. Everything is back to good working order. Steven is a friendly, professional man and fully explained what was needed. Based on the service he provided I would recommend Precision without hesitation. I would have given 0 however it was not an option. Communication with this company is very poor. I have left 3 emails eith 3 different people the ownertwice, the salesperson twice and one to office personnel. The person that purchased the door had passed away 2 weeks after ordering and they, according to policy, haveto see what they can do. I have actually spoken to a female in the office and she told me she would speak with the owner and get back to me. It never hapoened. Left email with owner no response. Left email with sales person no response. They seem to be keeping the $487 deposit
