5 STAR ! Professional, courteous, on/ time, knowledgeable. Performed the services I requested the same day, even though the tech had to travel some distance to obtain the parts we needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process . Just 1 one phone call in the morning , and my garGe door problems were repaired before the end of the day. I was so pleased, I entered their Contact info, into my Contact List in my iPhone, so I'll have it in the future, should any of our 3 gRage doors, develop a problem in the future. I search for local garage door vendors and Precision had the highest rating for customer service and warranty. I was not disappointed. The garage door motor stopped working but when it did it was loud and horrible sounding. Jose, quickly problem solved the main issues we were having and it was best to replace the motor put a new seal on the door and he even replaced a strut that was originally installed improperly. When he was done, within an hour, it opened beautifully, quietly. We are excited to have the smartphone option remote too! I am very pleased and feel that if I ever have any issue with it in the future a friendly, competent Precision Tech will solve the issue. Thank you, Jose!

Nine months ago I got a new door and Mike Napolitano was the technician they had sent out. He told me my options and I decided on a new garage door. Well, fast forward nine months to a couple weeks ago when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the door as it was opening. I called precision and Mike came out the next day with five star friendly service. He fix the problem and instructed me on what to do annually. I will continue to use and promote Precision Garage Door.

Hello, I would just like to give a big THANK YOU to Jose Perea for repairing my garage door. I'd called the office the night before and was given an appointment for that evening,unfortunately, the person never showed. The next morning I called again and was told someone would be out between 8 & 10am. Within half an hour I received a call from Jose advising he would be at my home within 45 minutes. Jose arrived sooner. The very first thing he did was apologize for the previous no show. He took one look at my door and showed me all that was wrong, even the spring which I had not seen initially. Jose explained the components of the door system and explained the longevity of each component. I purchased the Lifetime Warranty. Jose honored my $15 coupon in addition to not charging me a service call fee due to the aforementioned no show. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and the epitome of what a great service professional should be. Thank you so much for having the good sense to keep this man on your payroll. The Tech came as agreed and after diagnosing the problem (short Roller hanging up on our rail) installed a longer roller. He lubricated all of the hinge points and it is much quieter. He was friendly, personable and remembered installing my door in 2014.
