This company knows, and practices, quality customer service! This is the second time I have used them and will continue to endorse and recommend this company for any garage door needs! When I called for an appointment, Mary was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She quickly reserved a time and date that worked for my schedule. She followed up with a confirmation email which included the name and picture of the technician who would be completing my job, with a link to his bio. Jose, the technician, called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was prompt and friendly. His knowledge, experience and skill at the job proved to make quick work of providing me with a new garage door opener. Now my garage door opens quietly and consistently (which my old one had not been doing!). What a pleasure it is to find a quality company who values their customers and still embodies good old fashioned excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Worth EVERY penny. Jose was professional, very understanding, incredibly helpful, informative & friendly. He let us know the exact amount we would be spending without any last minute add ons. He spent less than an hour installing our brand new garage opener, replacing sensors & wall switch. He cleaned up after himself so well, you'd never guess we just had a repairman out to do any work at all. He even took our old opener so we didn't have to worry about disposal. HIGHLY recommend them!

When something goes wrong and as the owner you have no idea what is wrong. Li diagnosed what was wrong and gave me the various ways of repair. I selected Precision Door service based on the reviews I’d seen from yelp and Google. My garage door was making a lot of noise and the garage door opener seemed to be laboring to open and close the door. I wanted it checked to make sure everything was working properly so as not to burn out the motor on the door opener. Ivan came out same day and on time. He was very professional and helpful. He tested everything and showed me the opener and garage door were working properly. While he was there I had him do a tune up and he also helped me install the MyQ app on my phone. Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and his knowledge and experience he had. Definitely would recommend this company for any garage door needs.
