I was totally pleased with Precision garage doors service. Frist, I called after 5:00 in the evening and a "real" person answered the phone. Next; a service man was here by 10:00 the next morning. He knew exactly how to fix my problem and was finished in 40 minutes. He also put on a new rubber seal, for the bottom of the door, to keep dirt and sand out of the garage. Great job Precision! Thanks!

Your worker (forget his name), was on time, and friendly. Very honest and did good work. Neat and quick. He knew what was wrong with my garage door, and fixed it within minutes. Price was fair, could always use a discount but, he seemed honest. Will definitely use Percision Garage Doors again. And will definitely refer your company to friends.

Carlos was my technician today. He called before his arrival and arrived on time. He listened to the description of the problem, asked a some questions and went to work. Had precision door garage service come out yesterday to fix garage. Now it won’t close its now 11 pm and I’ve been calling since 4 pm to have someone come out to get garage to close especially being I have bears and other wild life and nobody will come out to solve the problem. It’s not closing correctly and I’m Scared for my safety and this point the company is showing no concern to come out to fix this and isn’t reaching out to solve the problem along with safety codes showing up on new panel they just installed yesterday.Very unsatisfied customer would never recommend this company to anymore. I’d give a zero star if it was possible. Living in the mtns with wild life and and open garage is not treating customers with compassion for safety

I was impressed by the skill of the technician, and how fast he got the job done., but I was not at all impressed when he told me before he started the job, that it would cost me $250, then when the job was done, he told me it would cost me #339. In the commercial world, that type of pricing is called bait and switch, and most likely I will not use your services again, or refer you to my friends.

First, Jose came by to do an evaluation. Then he arranged for Carlos to come by (three days later) to do the repair work. Within about 10 minutes after Jose left and he called and asked if it would be OK if Carlos came by that afternoon to do the repair work. Of course, my answer was yes. Carlos showed up about 30 minutes before the agreed time bracket of which I had been advised. He was cleaning up about 30 minutes after he showed up to begin his work. His workmanship, efficiency, and friendliness were superb.

We noticed one of our two garage doors (purchased from PDS about 10 months ago) was making some "new" noise. A call to the dealer got us an appointment the very next day, which surprised us. The tech showed up within the 2-hour window, lubed and adjusted the spring, rollers and door opener drive...and the problem was quickly solved. He also answered our questions about warranties (3 years on the hardware, lifetime on the opener). Courteous, competent, and professional!

I called several places and they were the only ones who called me right back and set up an appointment for the next day. Derek came out to give me a quote to replace all the mechanics on my garage door that wasn’t working. He gave me several options and when I picked the best one for me, he started the job right then and had everything completed within the next hour. He walked me through how everything worked and told me if I had any questions or problems, to call him and he would come right back over and fix it. I would definitely use them again.
