Jose was very pleasant and worked fast. For an unknown reason the electric went off in the garage while he was working on the door. We tried tripping GFI switches but that did not work. I have no idea why and I've now called an electrician. I am just hopeful when the electrician gets the electric working in the garage again that the door will work. I anticipate that will be the case.

A spring broke on my double electronic garage door opener. The door became partially bent and would not budge. My car was trapped. I called Precision and Mike arrived within an hour. He replaced only the necessary parts, added a structural truss and was able to salvage the door. Although 25 years old, the Garage Door looks good as new! And the motor is so much quieter. The price for all the special attention was very reasonable. Thank you Precision and thank you Mike.

The work performed was satisfactory however the cost of the garage door bottom strip was excessive - they charged $150 & you can buy online for approximately $60 maximum. I did not see invoice until work was complete as it is electronic.

We had a small hiccup in the process but the team informed us as to situation and what they were doing to fix the issue. On the day of our install the installer open the package only to find that there is no weather seal for garage door in package. He told us he would be back on Saturday between 1-3 since he had a job in Victorville in the morning. He showed up right on time and jumped right in. He was very thorough and cleaned as he went. I would highly recommend these guys for new purchases. I know I will call if anything needs repaired

We used Precision Door a year and a half ago to replace our noisy chain drive opener with a quite belt drive. They were awesome . Fair price, great service. They even helped us download a phone app that acts as a security monitor and garage remote. Yesterday our 15 year old door spring finally snapped. Mike came out in record time to install a double spring system and new hardware. Now our door is quieter than ever and I feel good knowing that the parts have a lifetime warranty. Precision is not the cheapest but you definitely get value. :-)

All I can say is wow! I will absolutely never use another garage door company. And here is why. Last night at 6 pm after a long day working outside I went to close my garage door but with an absent mind I had forgotten I left a small metal chain hanging on the corner of the garage that got caught in the track. My garage door contorted and several wheels fell off leaving half the door hanging without support in my garage. OVER MY CAR! I contacted Kellie at Precision Garage and had an email confirmation of my service call by 6:20pm. The email confirmed my address, and even provided the name and picture of the technician who was coming to handle the repair. Shortly after 7 p.m., Don Taylor the owner of Precision showed up to my house. He couldn't have been more profesional and nice to work with. Within minutes he assess the problem and assured both my husband and I that everything would be ok. Cody, his technician arrived minutes after and got to work right away. He was so friendly. The work was completed fast and to perfection. By 8:08pm I received an email with an attached copy of my invoice, that detailed every bit of the repair. The bonus is now my garage door operates better than it did before the incident! Thier rates are so reasonable too. I would have paid just for the improvement of my garage door function. Honestly I can't say enough nice things or recommend this company any higher. Absolute wonderful team, excellent service, honest and reasonable prices. My recommendation: don't even consider another garage door company. Thanks Precision!

Mark did a great job, everything works fine. The old opener allowed for a key entry for the water softener co. to replace tanks. The new opener does not, we will have to figure that out. The best thing, WE own a 2005 Toyota with the ability to open the door on the rear view mirror, it has never worked and Toyota has never been any help. Well Mark took 10 minutes and now it works. Cain't thank him enough. I give five stars should be more...
