So very disappointed on the service I've got today ,not the first time that i had call Precision garage door but its definitely my last time I call them. I just moved to a new house with a keypad opener on the side of the garage but it wasn't working so I called them to either fix it or change it to a new key pad opener.I did tell the lady who answer my call about my problem and i told her that I have their free service charge with the repair coupon and she told me it would be $99 .When the technician came he had a Liftmaster key pad which he tried to make it work with my Genie garage door opener and was not successful .Then he called his friend and they told him Liftmaster key pad doesn't work with Genie opener and I had to pay $50 for nothing ,Waste of my time and money .

A neighbor recommended Precision. I appreciate that recommendation. My garage door opener became increasingly noisy and slow. Precision technicians (courteous and efficient) installed an entirely new, up to date garage door system. It works quietly and smoothly. In addition, there is a life time guarantee!

Your repairmen came this morning to repair my garage door with one broken spring. The door slammed shut when the spring broke and seemed locked. Your repairman simply lifted the door (about a two to five second job) and said the repair was over $600.00. I declined because that was too much to replace two garage door springs!! Jose said that there was a $148.95 service charge, thats $99.00 labor for the 2-5 second door lift and $49.95 fee to show up! Jose quoted repair costs which seemed excessive on top of the $148.95 service fee so you lost a customer!

Your service was timely in all aspects. I had one bent (not frayed) cable that could have been replaced but the tech stated that they come two to a set. So I had to replace both and pay for labor to replace both. I have a company that sells "certified" SS aircraft cables to owners of P51 Mustang aircraft and they are less expensive than your garage door cables. Your charge of $257.00 to replace cables, which took all of 20 to 30 minutes, was just ridiculous. $100.00 for two cable and $100.00 for labor makes you a lot of money but tells me to do it myself next time. I will also give my company a sample of your cable to make up 10 or 20 for myself and others. Maybe I will put them on the internet and sell them for half your price. Again, good service, timely and great attitude but way too expensive for this simple job. "Get real and people will call back. Ripe them off and they will find another way"

I have had Precision Garage Door systems put into my last two houses and wouldn’t use any other company for my garage doors. In my first house, the garage doors were so loud and my bedroom was right above the garage so, I had them replaced by Precision and it made a huge difference. The next new house I purchased I told them to not even bother putting in the garage door hardware because I was going to have it replaced by Precision anyway. They are quiet, smooth rolling and last much longer than other systems. The technicians are also very knowledge and helpful. I am in the process of building a home and I am definitely putting a Precision Garage Door system there as well. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things- or express my gratitude adequately- for the OUTSTANDING service provided by Michael and the Precision team! Firstly, they were extremely polite and professional when I called to schedule my original appointment. Then, when I was forced to reschedule at the last minute, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I really appreciated that! I live in a complex where long-term parking on the street is not allowed. So, when the spring on my garage door broke, I was in a real jam. The door was simply too heavy for me to lift so I HAD to get it repaired. I have experienced some significant financial hardship recently, so I was quite concerned about whether or not I could even afford the repair... very stressful, actually. When Michael arrived, he was very kind and in addition to throughly explaining the repairs that were needed, he bent over backwards to give me the best possible price. He did an excellent job with the repair and gave me useful information about upkeep and a heads up about what might need to be repaired at a later date. I couldn't be happier or more thankful for the quality of products and services I received. Michael and the Precision team took the sting out of a very troubling situation.
