My garage door was broken and came off track. I called and had a technician in a few hours. Jose P spoke honestly with me and allowed me to make the best decision with no pressure. He was in an out very quickly and replace several rollers and a spring. Amazing service!!

We had a problem with our garage door opener that was discovered on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision that day and the appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon. We were given a time of between 2 and 4 pm and told that the technician would call to let us know he was on the way. Carlos (really terrific..professional, courteous and knowledgeable) called about 1pm to let us know he was running earlier than expected and was it convenient for him to come to us in the next 15 minutes. He arrived, looked at the problem and had it repaired within 20 minutes. Cannot say enough positive things about Carlos and Precision Door Service. Definitely will use them again when the need arises

Didn’t purchase any products except the rubber underneath the garage door. He did lubricate the sides where the rollers come up and down.

Gilbert came out to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door, he came the same day I called and was on time. If I am in need of garage door repair again I will certainly give Precision a call, Gilbert was friendly and efficient and got the job done.

So very disappointed on the service I've got today ,not the first time that i had call Precision garage door but its definitely my last time I call them. I just moved to a new house with a keypad opener on the side of the garage but it wasn't working so I called them to either fix it or change it to a new key pad opener.I did tell the lady who answer my call about my problem and i told her that I have their free service charge with the repair coupon and she told me it would be $99 .When the technician came he had a Liftmaster key pad which he tried to make it work with my Genie garage door opener and was not successful .Then he called his friend and they told him Liftmaster key pad doesn't work with Genie opener and I had to pay $50 for nothing ,Waste of my time and money .

Precision technicians (courteous and efficient) installed an entirely new, up to date garage door system. It works quietly and smoothly. In addition, there is a life time guarantee!

Your repairmen came this morning to repair my garage door with one broken spring. The door slammed shut when the spring broke and seemed locked. Your repairman simply lifted the door (about a two to five second job) and said the repair was over $600.00. I declined because that was too much to replace two garage door springs!! Jose said that there was a $148.95 service charge, thats $99.00 labor for the 2-5 second door lift and $49.95 fee to show up! Jose quoted repair costs which seemed excessive on top of the $148.95 service fee so you lost a customer!

Your service was timely in all aspects. I had one bent (not frayed) cable that could have been replaced but the tech stated that they come two to a set. So I had to replace both and pay for labor to replace both. I have a company that sells "certified" SS aircraft cables to owners of P51 Mustang aircraft and they are less expensive than your garage door cables. Your charge of $257.00 to replace cables, which took all of 20 to 30 minutes, was just ridiculous. $100.00 for two cable and $100.00 for labor makes you a lot of money but tells me to do it myself next time. I will also give my company a sample of your cable to make up 10 or 20 for myself and others. Maybe I will put them on the internet and sell them for half your price. Again, good service, timely and great attitude but way too expensive for this simple job. "Get real and people will call back. Ripe them off and they will find another way"

My husband and I just moved to Temecula and our garage door sounded like a meat grinder. We had to get out of the car for the remote to work, the springs we shot and the sensors had a mind of their own. Precision Overhead Garage Door came to our rescue and installed a new system. I set up 2 appts to get estimates to fix the garage door. 1st guy that came did a quick assessment then began to give me my options. Replacing springs, rollers, tracks, adjusting cables.... costs ranged from $700 - $3100 depending on how much he replaced and the quality of the materials I selected. ie: galvanized springs vs springs from China. And if I wanted him to do the repairs that day I had to make a decision immediately because he couldn’t guarantee when he could return to do the repairs. Shocked and overwhelmed by all the options and costs, thankfully I let him leave and waited to see what the 2nd estimate would be. What a difference!!! Gilbert Garcia from Precision arrived a few minutes later. He took a look at the situation and determined that he could repair it for less than $400. He was able to remove the existing track, straightened out the slight bend and reinstall it. He said my springs were fine and are actually a better quality the two options the other guy offered. The rollers were fine and didn’t need replacing. He said the cause of the problem was 2 bolts that were too short and over several years had come loose. He replaced them with longer bolts. He tuned, lubed and calibrated. He checked the motor. He made sure everything was in proper working order. Obviously the first guy got $$$$ in his eyes when he realized here is a middle aged woman who clearly knows nothing about garage door repair and he may be able to get hundreds if not several thousand dollars out of her for what I suspect would be inferior materials and workmanship. I will definitely recommend Precision and in particular Gilbert Garcia who I found to be refreshingly honest and ethical and absolutely competent at what he does. Thank you Gilbert
