3/6/2024 I called about noon today because my garage door spring broke last night. I spoke with Tanner and he was able to set an appointment for today. About an hour later, Benny Urbino called and said he would be here in about 20 min. Benny was able to look at the door and provide us with cost options on what was needed to replace the spring. Benny was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to provide us additional information on replacement parts he saw as being worn and would need future attention/replacement due to age. Benny was able to replace all of the worn parts quickly and had our garage door ready for use with in an hour and half. He replaced rollers, spring, cables and drums, and hinges, and now we have a lifetime warranty. Benny did a great job, cleaned up, was extremely polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. If you haven't checked your garage door in a while (like over 10 yrs, like me) call and ask for Benny! Thank you, Benny!!

I selected Precision Door service based on the reviews I’d seen from yelp and Google. My garage door was making a lot of noise and the garage door opener seemed to be laboring to open and close the door. I wanted it checked to make sure everything was working properly so as not to burn out the motor on the door opener. Ivan came out same day and on time. He was very professional and helpful. He tested everything and showed me the opener and garage door were working properly. While he was there I had him do a tune up and he also helped me install the MyQ app on my phone. Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and his knowledge and experience he had. Definitely would recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Nick was an amazingly professional, personable and an expert technician who quickly identified the problem and pointed out long term maintenance options. I called early in the morning about the issue and by 11am the technician was here! I was sent text and email alerts and had the option to get an introduction to Nick before he arrived. Major repairs were made efficiently and quickly, after all options were explained and an estimate was provided. My wife and I are sold! Precision will be our go-to team for future garage door services!

My neighbor suggested calling you, that’s how I got your number. 1st day; Carlos was very professional, courteous,…. He did the checkup and explained what wasn’t working, door opener, but that everything else seem to be working: door, rollers, …. 2nd day: He started the work and when finished he explained how to use the door opener on the wall. He also said that it had a life time warranty. I can only hope that this garage opener will last for a number of years like he said and that I wouldn’t have any problems with it in the near by future. I felt along, with my neighbor that it was a bit costly but hopefully I made the right choice.
