all I wanted was a remote. Instead I get a quote for $1600. BTW the garage door opener is functional and working fine. When I asked about the remote the tech said it was $200 (home is only 10 years old btw) I called MFG they tell me the remote sells for $59. DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF>>>>

I spoke with Greg and unfortunately we made mistakes on how this situation was handled. He gave me information that I am using to make sure these mistakes never happen again. Even though I don't like a 1 star rating, I appreciate Greg doing it, as it informs our training procedures in order to get better. I explained this to Greg who was quite helpful and objective with his comments. Thanks Greg, very much appreciated.

A very nice young representative repaired the track for our door after late in the evening I had struck it with my truck... Would have been better if he had had a replacement piece on the truck but you can't carry everything Would recommend your service and in fact one of my neighbors used you that very evening, Thanks again

When I called to book appointment and get estimate I wasn't told that I had to replace two springs when one was broken. The technician told me that was your polity. The person giving estimates should of told me.

I apologize for the confusion. Both of your springs have been lifting your door for the same period of time. When one breaks, you are much better served to replace both springs, as the older spring is likely to break in very short order. Additionally, you save a service charge fee and possibly labor as well. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.

This was the 3rd time I used Precision for my garage door and as always they did a great job and were wonderful to deal with. I had an emergency situation this last time and they were able to get someone to my house within a couple of hours of me calling them. Excellent Technicians...the openers had problems 24hrs after being installed. The motor on one of the gagrge did not work well. The second tech forgot to program the outsider key pads.. So I am left waiting. Both technicians were courteous and friendly..Not sure when all thiw will be resolved?????

Lance Thurlow was my technician and he was on time and very thorough with his repair of my springs. He even came on a Sunday, which is why I called Precision in the first place. Found your add in the local phone book, and will use again when the time comes for door repair. Thanks!!

First let me say that Cody was a terrific person. He is a credit to your company. He was very thorough in his work and thorough in walking us through the functions of the new garage door opener. He was also a very neat person and cleaned up during and when he was done. I Thanked my neighbors (the Bartfelds) for recommending you to me and I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends. I hope that if I have any problems hat you will take as good care of them as you did with the installation.

Right in the middle of moving a brand new couch into our house(109 degrees out) the spring on our garage door broke and the door would not open! It was 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon! I said I would call to have it fixed and my husband said "it's a Sunday and almost 5pm nobody is working!" I googled garage door repair in Temecula and saw the Facebook Promotion Precision Door was having and decided to give them a call! I am So glad I did! Dean was here within an hour! He was very friendly and knowledgeable on many types of doors, springs and even gave us recommendations if we should ever need a new opener! It was a tough job and very hot about 100 degrees in our garage! He did not let that stop him, he went right to work and made sure the job was done right! He said our door was about 500lbs and would need the biggest springs he had! I will definitely request him again if needed and recommend him and precision door to friends and neighbors! Service was prompt and technician explained problem...fraying of new cable and damage to pulley. However he didn't Identify the cause of the cable fraying so there had to be a repeat call to do a further adjustment. still need to have the outside of the door cleaned as there are bad oil stains all down the outside caused when first technician oiled the hinges. I would appreciate prompt attention to this.
