Service was prompt and technician explained problem...fraying of new cable and damage to pulley. However he didn't Identify the cause of the cable fraying so there had to be a repeat call to do a further adjustment. still need to have the outside of the door cleaned as there are bad oil stains all down the outside caused when first technician oiled the hinges. I would appreciate prompt attention to this.

Bill came out on time and was very friendly. He explained that I needed two new springs what the cost would be and installed them quickly. He did a great job, cleaned up after leaving. He explained that precision uses high quality springs that have a 5 year warranty which I liked to hear. Our previous springs were a little cheaper but lasted only three years. Very satisfied with the work order. Didn't know what caused poping noise when the garage would open, but Jose spot it right away after manually opening it. It turns out the cable in the back was catching onto one of the side edges. If that problem did not get fix right away, over time the cable will get cut like the last time and will cause to springs on the top to snap as well due to the tension being released. Had the same company replaced the springs, cables, and rollers a few months ago but it didn't have the poping noise after it was installed and nothing was noticeable back then. Glad i had it looked. I would rely on this company again for any future work order.

Brent Bassett did an outstanding job in identifying the major problem with the garage door, gave me a very good deal on price quote with lifetime warranty for parts and labor. He has repaired and replaced the broken garage door spring with sturdy materials within 45 minutes. The door now runs and closes very smoothly both electrically and manually. I am extremely satisfied with his very prompt and superior customer service especially arriving on time at 0800 am) and has completed the repair before 0900 am. Right in the middle of moving a brand new couch into our house(109 degrees out) the spring on our garage door broke and the door would not open! It was 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon! I said I would call to have it fixed and my husband said "it's a Sunday and almost 5pm nobody is working!" I googled garage door repair in Temecula and saw the Facebook Promotion Precision Door was having and decided to give them a call! I am So glad I did! Dean was here within an hour! He was very friendly and knowledgeable on many types of doors, springs and even gave us recommendations if we should ever need a new opener! It was a tough job and very hot about 100 degrees in our garage! He did not let that stop him, he went right to work and made sure the job was done right! He said our door was about 500lbs and would need the biggest springs he had! I will definitely request him again if needed and recommend him and precision door to friends and neighbors!
