Bill came out on time and was very friendly. He explained that I needed two new springs what the cost would be and installed them quickly. He did a great job, cleaned up after leaving. He explained that precision uses high quality springs that have a 5 year warranty which I liked to hear. Our previous springs were a little cheaper but lasted only three years. Very satisfied with the work order. Didn't know what caused poping noise when the garage would open, but Jose spot it right away after manually opening it. It turns out the cable in the back was catching onto one of the side edges. If that problem did not get fix right away, over time the cable will get cut like the last time and will cause to springs on the top to snap as well due to the tension being released. Had the same company replaced the springs, cables, and rollers a few months ago but it didn't have the poping noise after it was installed and nothing was noticeable back then. Glad i had it looked. I would rely on this company again for any future work order.
