I have been trying to get a garage door installed urgently for some time now. Being in Temecula, it's not close enough for the other businesses to send someone out to give a quote. I called Precision to explain my situation, and that same day Michael scheduled for Mike N. to come by to not only inspect but to quote me the exact amount for my replacement door. CUSTOMER SERVICE wins my business! The competition should take lessens because they lost my business and CANNOT compete with Precision's winning staff... Precision came through like a shining star. I will very highly recommend anyone who needs repairs or replacements.

We had our garage door springs fail and called Precision Door Service. They came out the same day, gave us a quote with several different options, and they were able to start the work to replace the torsion springs on the same day. It turned out our garage door opener was also bad and they replaced it as well. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone.
