Originally I was told that the repair man would come out between 4 and 6 PM today. Then I received a phone call stating that the repairman would be able to come over in the next 20 minutes and before 12:30 PM the work was completed. Praise God and hallelujah! Thank you Jose for a great job!

My garage door service was excellent. The service technician appeared at my house on the very same morning that I phoned Precision Door Service to arrange for the broken spring on my garage door to be repaired. The technician (Jose Perea) was friendly, worked quickly, and answered my questions cheerfully. He also lubricated my door's hinges and the drive screw on the door opener without my asking. When repairs were done, he demonstrated that the new springs that he installed exerted the correct amount of lifting force, so that the door's weight was exactly counterbalanced by the springs. My wife and I were completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's repair job, which was done quickly and correctly.

Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.

Service was exceptional! Jose Perea arrived for a same day appointment which was awesome. I had the door installed in 2010 and had never had any problems which is a miracle because I never did any maintenance to it or had it serviced. There were several things wrong, springs were buckled, cables frayed, the whole of the parts needed help, big time. Jose was able to take care of everything on the spot in about 45 minutes. I spent more than I'd intended but now have a lifetime warranty so if anything else ever needs to be done, it's covered! Jose was great, so polite and friendly and super fast! Thank you so much!
