I appreciate being given choices of service and the tech. was great but starting with a $200 repair that moved to an almost $900 "best" repair is kind of silly. Bill was super nice and informative.

Jose was here within an hour of my initial call. He went over everything quickly and efficiently, and the door was fixed very quickly. He made sure everything worked great before he left. He's a very personable guy too, so I appreciated that! Made sure to ask me if I saw his picture on the email his company sent me. I called Precision for my garage door repairs because the service has always been great. Today, Bill, Service Technician called and gave a time frame and kept his word and was on time. I had a garage door and side jack installed on my garage that had no other access. The installer was very skilled and was a good communicator. I upgraded to the side jack on his recommendaion because of the lay out of garage. It was the right call I am very satisfied with the use and application. Unfortunately, 1 year later my lift jack wireless remote wont work, I am told we have to cut a hole in the panel to access the device to unlock get it to work.... I am NOT upset about the work or craftmanship.... things will break (or one of my family may have inadvertently put it in vacation mode or unplugged it). I just wish that I had been offered another means to open the door.... I am learning now that a cheap keyed switch would have done this... Again I love the door and the side jack but not informing me of the options is now going to be a pain in the butt and lot more expensive than a simple key.... feel free to delete I am not an angry customer just wanted to give you some feed back on how I would have been more satisfied as a customer. Again the installer Jose is very skilled, does excellent work and is a very good rep for your company in the field.... Give him a product with more diversity and I believe you will not be disappointed. ..... I hope this was helpful. I like your company and the people. The Dispatcher/Office was also very helpful.

Veery friendly, Kind and knowledge, thank u for your service. the only one thing I am not happy about is your produce is very bad, I install this only couple years, and i don't even use this door that much, and I already need the servos call, and it will give your company a bad review because u cary the bad product, I think you need to adjust this problem, instead just change the part, part maybe easy for u to fix but good company name is very hard to rebuild, thank u for take time to read my comment.

Jose was professional and called ahead of time to notify me Of his approximate arrival time. Once Jose took a look at the door he did not go into any Sales pitch which was a plus I knew where the problem was and He told me my options of which I chose the median only due to budget concern because this was a last minute malfunction. He replaced the springs and cable and balanced the door and It worked even better than before where I had to assist the door open at times. I would recommend precision to any and all of My friends and family. Even same day service. For me all around Best experience. When I remodel the garage I will be giving precision a call!

I had new door and opener installed. Staff was able to make a quick appointment. Mike came out soon thereafter and was knowledgeable for best selection. After quoting he was able to move on his price, which is always a plus for me because it saved me the time of having to get more quotes. And, I'm assuming prospective customers will read this. This being the case, be sure to ask for Johnny their installer. I was very happy with him. The guy has installation down to a science, which makes for a quality job and quick in and out. A pro job. Plus he has a polite personality. I'm happy with the work and service and would recommend.
