My experience with Precision Door was exceptional. The technician was very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, clean and fast. The window of arrival was 4 - 6pm and he was in my driveway at exactly 4pm. I was very impressed with the punctuality. He gave me a solution to the broken spring problem and some ideas for maintaining the door and motor. He was finished with the repair in 30 minutes, also impressive. My only issue is that he did not have any silicone spray to use for servicing the door to make it quieter, and the price was higher than I thought was fair.

My garage door spring broke at 3:30 in the afternoon. They had an awesome technician, Mike, at my home by 4:45. He was very knowledgeable and gave multiple options to solve my problem. He was quick, efficient and educated me on garage door operations. I would highly recommend them if you need work done with fast and friendly service.

Nine months ago I got a new door and Mike Napolitano was the technician they had sent out. He told me my options and I decided on a new garage door. Well, fast forward nine months to a couple weeks ago when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the door as it was opening. I called precision and Mike came out the next day with five star friendly service. He fix the problem and instructed me on what to do annually. I will continue to use and promote Precision Garage Door.

Overall satisfied with the work. Jose, the service tech, arrived on time and was polite and professional. The overall cost was about $75 higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I called Precision to see if they could lower the cost a bit to match the phone estimate, but they did not lower the price. Expect to pay a minimum of $324 for a simple spring replacement. The service was completed in about 30 minutes. Jose greased and oiled the other moving parts on the garage opener and overall system. It sounds much quieter and runs smoother. Overall, a great job, just a bit more expensive than what I expected.

Service was good as it has been in the past as well. BUT, I called 3 times and left messages regarding my AAA discount (and or) my Angie's List discount through the customer service telephone line. Now what they did with my messages could not tell you. Even, our tech "Jose Perez" said he will have someone call us back. As a matter of fact, he claimed, he was going to have lunch with boss's, and let them know. This all started back on March 28th and here its April 8th. When someone says they will have someone call us back, they should mean it. Again, recommend this company...I guess so, but insure you get clarification on any discounts BEFORE you have them do anything. Never had this trouble in the past before...i guess this company became to big be over the time. Left messages on the following dates and times; March 28th @ 12:12pm March 28th @ 4:30 pm March 30th @ 10:46 am

So pleased with the efficiency of the Service Representative. He determined the problem and had the Door in operation without issue. Now that it is working properly, I realize why it was so noisy. I would definitely not hesitate to call on Precision Door Service in the future.
