After my garage door had a catastrophic failure caused by a snapped tension spring I called precision door service. Even though I am in the Coachella valley and the company is in riverside i was able to have technician Benny sent out to my place within 2 hours (AWESOME). Benny diagnosed the issue, offered me options, and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure. I went with a new spring system and a wifi controlled opener as well as some super quiet rollers. Benny completed the work in a few hours and left my garage as clean as he found it. Fantastic customer service and professionalism by Benny and the team at Precision.

Precision door had come out a few years before to repair something else on the opener. Benny was great. He came out, took a look and told me what the problem was and advised that because my old unit was 20+ years old, I would have to replace it. He did so and even paired my old remote with the new motor. Once I find a great service provider I stick with them. I fancy a new garage door so I will be calling Precision for that as well. Thanks so much for the piece of mind Precision!!!

A friend of mine in San Diego refereed us to your company. She had nothing but good things to say about the great experience with your company. We needed a garage door repair. It was a Saturday on a holiday weekend. The phone reception person was very courteous and gave me the first available appointment on Sunday. She called back a short time later and said there was a technician going to be in our area Saturday afternoon, would we be available between 2 pm to 6 pm. . So I accepted that appointment. The Service Technician was Derek O'Lear. He called at 2 pm and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. He followed the CDC guidelines. He examined the door and explained what needed to be done. He replaced some hardware and serviced the motor. I commend your company on it's caliber of employees. Please give Derek the praise he well deserves. I will recommend your company to any of my friends and family that need garage door services. Thank-you so much! Looking for garage door repair company. Found web page with owner's picture. This was important because it told me this company has pride. At 11:30 on a Friday I placed an order for repairs. I was told the technician would be out between 2-4 this same day. Well, the technician was ahead of schedule and arrived at 12:45 pm. My door was repaired by 1:00 pm. Steve Marsh was very professional and had a GREAT personality. Thank you Precision Door Repair !!!!!

Hello, I would just like to give a big THANK YOU to Jose Perea for repairing my garage door. I'd called the office the night before and was given an appointment for that evening,unfortunately, the person never showed. The next morning I called again and was told someone would be out between 8 & 10am. Within half an hour I received a call from Jose advising he would be at my home within 45 minutes. Jose arrived sooner. The very first thing he did was apologize for the previous no show. He took one look at my door and showed me all that was wrong, even the spring which I had not seen initially. Jose explained the components of the door system and explained the longevity of each component. I purchased the Lifetime Warranty. Jose honored my $15 coupon in addition to not charging me a service call fee due to the aforementioned no show. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and the epitome of what a great service professional should be. Thank you so much for having the good sense to keep this man on your payroll. I was serviced by Mike. He was friendly and professional. Called shortly before showing up to let me know he was on his way. He explained the problem after a few tests, and suggested a full replacement of everything (did not feel pressured one bit). The full replacement was not much more than what was needed for my opener itself. So worth it. Also got a lifetime warranty on all the parts. Including springs, which most warranty companies refuse to cover. Though it took a bit longer than expected (these things happen) Mike informed me of all the things my new opener can do, and showed me the menu system on the opener. I felt very well taken care of and am glad to have used Precision.
