Found your ad in the phone book. Drawn to past customers favorable responses. Not many take the effort to send a return positive comment, it's usually a negative one. The service man was Brent, a knowledgeable and friendly representative of your company. Replacement of overhead springs were required, which was explained to me in a informative manner. No undo pressure was applied to me to replace the original spring, or not, my choice. I had the replacement service performed, which was done in around a hours time. Impressive, I must say. Nice to discover a company that can do quality work,in a short period of time, at a good price.

From the moment we called at 11 p.m. on a Friday we received great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day (Saturday). Our technician Bill was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to inform me of his status and once here he explained everything and provided options with no pressure. Although our home was his last call of the day, he never made it seem like he was in a hurry to finish. He repaired the garage door and then showed me the repairs he had made. WOW! After my garage door spring snapped in half tonight (6:00pm) I found Precision Door Service online and was impressed with the online reviews (of course you can't believe everything you read, right?) I immediately called hoping to get someone to come out within 24 hours...the receptionist was very kind and asked if she could put me on hold...only to find out she would have someone out to me within the hour! 20 minutes later, Technician JOSE was at my door.
