I received an e-mail with my appointment time for the same day. Dean phoned me when he was leaving his previous job so I didn't have to wait around all day. He took the time to explain what he felt needed to be addressed now and what could wait till a later time with no pressure on my decision and gave me advice for the future to keep my door working in top shape. Jose telephoned ahead of time, as promised, arrived promptly, assessed the problem and gave us some options.
