I had Precision install new cables and springs on my garage door ,was not to happy with the cost from the phone quote .At this point I sent in a rather harsh review and after a talk with Kevin( the owners son ) it was a matter of communication between the pricing with the girl answering and myself. The gentelman that came out was prompt and explained everything well and seemed to be honest with us. He was neat and clean and the job didnt take that long.We chose to have the most expensive work done but thats on us. It remains to be seen if the company will treat us as well if the occasion arises that we need them to come back because the parts have a lifetime warrenty and we have a warrenty for 3 years on the labor. but so far so good the garage door seems to be working well and the genelman that did the work did some extra tweaking to the door to make it less noisy. all in all he did a very nice job. I am very pleased with the service performed and the operation of my new motor. It is quiet and smooth. I have a home link garage door opener system in both my car and truck. I can not program either to work w/o purchasing an "extender" not originally explained to me. I am awaiting the installation of the extender to use my HomeLink system. Be sure to ask if you have a "HomeLink" system in your vehicle before the technician leaves.

Thank you sir for your feedback. These units work with most newer cars, but older technology, we need to use the extender that you referred to. This is something that we will re-train on, so that our techs mention it up front. Extraordinary customer service is always our goal.
