Excellent Service! Very pleased to be able to set up a next day appointment by using the "chat" option on the website after 9 p.m. Recieved an email conformation for the appointment along with a picture of the technician, who called ten minutes before his arrival. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he explained the reason to replace the other one as well. He also discovered that the wires to the sensors had been chewed by mice - causing the door to occasionally not close. He spliced in new wires at no additional charge. Overall: timely, friendly, competent, professional service.

Precision door had come out a few years before to repair something else on the opener. Benny was great. He came out, took a look and told me what the problem was and advised that because my old unit was 20+ years old, I would have to replace it. He did so and even paired my old remote with the new motor. Once I find a great service provider I stick with them. I fancy a new garage door so I will be calling Precision for that as well. About 11 p.m. Sunday night I discovered that my 20 year old garage door opening system failed. By the next day, Monday at 2:30 p.m. I had a brand new system completely installed and functioning perfectly. I had expected that I would have to raise and close the garage door manually for at least a week before I could successfully get an appointment and have the work done.
