A 5 star rating was earned. New springs and a complete opener package with rollers was required and installed by a very competent service/sales technician, Nick Martinez. This is the 2nd home I've used Precision for Garage service and both experiences have been 5 STAR rated. Garage door opener break-downs always occur suddenly, and always at an awful time, in this case, late in the afternoon and before many important events. Precision provided service early the next morning, quickly replaced all the broken parts and installed a new opener.
