Very Thankful! Unfortunately, my car was trapped inside the garage due to broken springs and broken cable. Was unable to get the garage door to open or close. Not sure who to call, I found Precision online and scheduled a same day appointment. Dave provided excellent customer service and resolved our issue the same day. The garage door works better than before. Appreciate Dave and Precision. Will absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

I called Precision because I had a broken garage door spring. Precision also installed LiftMaster for me 2 years ago. When Jorge arrived, he examined every part of my garage door. He did also let me know that the rollers mights need to be replaced in 2 more years. I made the decision to replace the ball bearings, ball bearing roller, residential drums and torsion cable, now. I was informed of the warranty of 2 years, but decided to opt for the lifetime warranty. Thank you Jorge for your time and the super job you did replacing the springs and more.

Derek was amazing got to work and made the repairs to our garage door added the springs and was done less than 45 minutes. Very professional and gave us some tips to upkeep or door. Will be using Precision again and recommend them to our friends and family.

ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON TIME AND REVIEWED MY GARAGE DOOR AND GOLF DOOR SITUATION. BOTH MUST BE REPLACED AND HE HAS EXACTLY THE RIGHT DOORS REQUIRED BY OUR HOA. HE EVEN SAID HE WOULD WALK REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OVER TO HOA FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT. I GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT AND WE ARE OFF AND RUNNING. EXCELLENT!!! We contacted Precision Door on a Saturday evening and had a new motor installed within a couple of hours on the following Monday morning. Carlos gave us options and is a total pro! In addition to installing the new motor, rollers and keypad, he reinforced the door which will extend its life. Great communication from first contact too!
