The technician was very helpful and shared his knowledge with me, which helps when you are spending a good amount of money. I feel that the up pricing on the parts was a bit high, but probably an industry wide issue. I do not think I would use any other company. The technician was on time, and being able to know who was coming to my house prior to the day really helps out.

WOW! CAME HOME FROM WORK, GARAGE DOOR BROKEN. NO OPEN OR CLOSE. WENT TO THE INTERNET. FIRST ONE I FOUND WAS PRECISION. EVERYTHING SOUNDED GREAT SO I CALLED THEM THAT EVENING. THEY CAME FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING. MARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND REPLACED THE SPRINGS EXPLAINING AS HE WORKED. Your company advertises as a 24/7 service. I placed a call on Sunday but was given a next day appointment. For this reason I rate Precision with a four. However I was very impressed with the services provided by Lance. I will definitely use Precision again.

I chose Precision because I was told over the phone your trained techs would have everything they need to repair or replace my garage door motor on their truck. I am a new mom and really needed my door fixed asap. The techs were great but they only had a $500 unit on their truck. I think your techs should have more then one option for replacement. I purchased the unit and the tech was great that was here. I just wish I could have replaced my unit with a less expensive option.

The four star rating is due to the fact that when I initially called on a saturday evening, I was told that a technician would be coming out and was then disappointed to receive a call telling me that they made a mistake and can't send anyone out until Tuesday because the technicians only come up to the Victorville area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A five star rating is for the technician Jose Perea. He showed up on time and was quick to fix the broken cable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm 100% satisfied with the job Jose did. Thank you!

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly examined my door. Although one of my rails was badly damaged, he did not have a good one on his truck, he removed my rail, straightened it, made it functional again and re installed it. He also re-adjusted the springs. I was glad he thought outside the box and was able to get my door repaired and working. He was at a disadvantage of having to work in extreme winds as well.

My appointment was for 12pm to 2pm. Jose arrived right at 12 and identified the problem. He gave me options the available to me and I chose to purchase the new garage door opener. Although the price was higher than I hoped to pay, the quality of the product and the warranty led me to make the purchase. Jose installed the opener quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He explained how everything works and was very pleasant and professional during the process. The product works perfectly and is as quiet as Jose promised. Very happy with the experience.

I had a garage door and side jack installed on my garage that had no other access. The installer was very skilled and was a good communicator. I upgraded to the side jack on his recommendaion because of the lay out of garage. It was the right call I am very satisfied with the use and application. Unfortunately, 1 year later my lift jack wireless remote wont work, I am told we have to cut a hole in the panel to access the device to unlock get it to work.... I am NOT upset about the work or craftmanship.... things will break (or one of my family may have inadvertently put it in vacation mode or unplugged it). I just wish that I had been offered another means to open the door.... I am learning now that a cheap keyed switch would have done this... Again I love the door and the side jack but not informing me of the options is now going to be a pain in the butt and lot more expensive than a simple key.... feel free to delete I am not an angry customer just wanted to give you some feed back on how I would have been more satisfied as a customer. Again the installer Jose is very skilled, does excellent work and is a very good rep for your company in the field.... Give him a product with more diversity and I believe you will not be disappointed. ..... I hope this was helpful. I like your company and the people. The Dispatcher/Office was also very helpful.
