Very courteous technician. No nonsense, went straight to the problem. Was very patient in dealing with the fact that I was the tenant and not the landlord. He took care of servicing the garage door and lubricating all parts that needed cleaning and made very good suggestions. Made all the necessary adjustments to ensure the life of the garage door. Professional and courteous service. Technicisn seemed knowlegable and did a good job. Door cables, rollers and spings replaced. Works great.a bit pricy otherwise 5 star rating.
