Precision Garage Door was the second garage door repair company to come to my home; they should have been the first. My home warranty company sent another business to resolve my garage door issue--twice. Each visit was a complete waste of time, as they looked for every excuse NOT to help or resolve the problem (but they had no issues collecting the fee). Precision Garage Door saved the day! Immediately, I was super impressed with technician Bill Weier. He listened to me (incredible), he assessed the problem and resolved the issue--in one day! I was so happy and extremely satisfied with the service I received. Bill was highly professional, knowledgeable, funny and committed to providing the best customer service ever! Thank you Bill. I will only use Precision Garage Door in the future.

My door broke about 1:00 pm labor day the tech was here in one hour took about 1 1/2 hrs. The service and the tech were five star. the reason for four stars was the cost. $250 for two hrs, counting travel and a ten dollar bracket is high. But like I said it was labor day and the service was great.

I am sorry that you feel that way. In some cases our prices are higher and others lower. We always endeavor to fix your door right the first time. Additionally we use the best parts, not the standard ones. We are certain that our work will last substantially longer than the average repair.

All I can say is WOW! What a great company to deal with. I was a tad scared of the fine print on the Amazon Local order page that said, 'Subject to scheduling availability' and 'valid for 90 days.' I have been scammed on this type of order before, but decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! I called for scheduling on Saturday afternoon and was set up for an appointment Sunday morning. The tech called ahead so I could give him access instructions and showed up on time. He fully diagnosed my door issues and had the door fully serviced with new rollers in an hour. It's now 100% quieter and working like it's supposed to. I'm VERY happy with this company and the service man Bill who was prompt and professional.

I purchased a Voucher from Amazon for a Garage Door Tune-Up. When I called Precision Door Service to redeem the voucher, I spoke to Denali, a very nice and courteous young woman. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The Service Tech, Dayvon Lemle, was prompt and thorough. He suggested that the spring would need to be replaced. I explained that I was on SS and would not be able to do so until the middle of next month. Dayvon gave me his number and said to call him when I was ready. I am quite pleased with the customer service, as well as with how quickly the response time was.

The service guys that came to my place were good. However, they up sold me a number of items and I ended up paying hundreds more than I would have had i gone with someone else. Although the work Jimmy and Johnny was good, I wouldn't recommend this company or use their services again.

Our technicians are trained to provide up to three options of repair for you to choose the level you are comfortable with, which they did. I am sorry that you feel after the fact that it is not worth it. However, the option you chose provides you an excellent warranty that I hope you will appreciate should you need it in the future.

Dayvon was professional, punctual and friendly. He will install a new garage door opener, the 8350 this Tuesday (7/21/15) at my house. Looking forward to a quiet garage door opening, not the racket I have currently installed. I will rate the installation upon completion.

Had a voucher for reconditioning and roller replacement....both techs really had not seen what was included in the service. Once I showed them the voucher they understood (Admin Dept. should familiarize the techs with the service purchased on the voucher. Secondly, the Techs pointed out the cables that were installed were rather undersized, and I had them replaced with the superior cables offered. The roller replacement was part of the service already purchased. The bearings are fine on my roll up door, and after the sales job, I determined the cables and rollers and spray lube were all that was required. Nice guys, tell them not to try the sales pitch so hard. The door is a little quieter and the cables are now safer than previous.
