Bill called prior to arrival with an accurate time frame. Arrived on-time. Very friendly and personable. Accurately diagnosed problem within minutes. While the part required had to be requisitioned from another vehicle for next day repair, Bill worked with my schedule and, once again, arrived on-time. They did a great job. Tech was on time, friendly, and dressed appropriate. Professional evaluation,gave several options without pressuring. Advised me of all aspects of the job and cleaned up after. I have nothing negative about my expirence. I appreciated the lifetime warranty on all the moving parts. However, I was provided with nothing in writing at the time. I was told it will come in my email but haven't seen it yet. I assume I will get it but I like to see things in writing before giving my money. That was the only problem I had. I think if you have time to send this my receipt could have also been sent at the same time
