Hello, I would just like to give a big THANK YOU to Jose Perea for repairing my garage door. I'd called the office the night before and was given an appointment for that evening,unfortunately, the person never showed. The next morning I called again and was told someone would be out between 8 & 10am. Within half an hour I received a call from Jose advising he would be at my home within 45 minutes. Jose arrived sooner. The very first thing he did was apologize for the previous no show. He took one look at my door and showed me all that was wrong, even the spring which I had not seen initially. Jose explained the components of the door system and explained the longevity of each component. I purchased the Lifetime Warranty. Jose honored my $15 coupon in addition to not charging me a service call fee due to the aforementioned no show. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and the epitome of what a great service professional should be. Thank you so much for having the good sense to keep this man on your payroll. The Tech came as agreed and after diagnosing the problem (short Roller hanging up on our rail) installed a longer roller. He lubricated all of the hinge points and it is much quieter. He was friendly, personable and remembered installing my door in 2014.

When your garage door torsion springs break and your garage door weighs more than 400 pounds, guess what....you car is locked in your garage. That happened at 7:00 in the morning. After extensive review of all repair companies, Precision's website gave me the confidence to call them. By the afternoon the springs were replaced, cable replaced (they were frayed and another company probably would not have said anything), new rollers installed, etc. The tech. Jose Perea and his assistant Mike worked their magic, with smiles on their faces and personality. I would hire them away if I still had my business....(I retired) Best to you guys! I recommend everyone have Precision evaluate your garage door system BEFORE something drastic happens and your car is "locked up"! Preventative service..not panic service.

The work performed was satisfactory however the cost of the garage door bottom strip was excessive - they charged $150 & you can buy online for approximately $60 maximum. I did not see invoice until work was complete as it is electronic.

Sales Rep/Technicians and Admin just want to upsell and have not much concern about the safety of their customers. I called main office and told that my garage door is falling apart and not safe. Toi Green told me that someone will come and fix the door before they will replace it once the product will arrive but I have not heard from her anymore and did not returned back my calls as she promised. I was told by the initial sales person/Technician that my new garage will arrive within 3 weeks that is why I ordered the expensive garage after upselling me with better quality product but in reality it will not be delivered for more than 4 weeks. FYI, I called for a repair because I have the warranty from previous services from this company but I was sold the "upgraded" whole garage door assembly instead (door, motor, belt, spring, etc) Services NOT recommended.

Suddenly, my garage door wouldn't open, so I called at 10 am the next morning and someone came out in two hours. The repairman was pleasant and well-trained. He showed me the broken springs, told me the rollers were bad and the track needed lubrication. I was shown a list of charges for the repairs before he began. My door works and sound great now. I highly recommend Precisions Overhead Garage Door Service.
