I had Precision put in a brand new garage door. It had to be special ordered, because it was an unusual color. Then, today, someone ran into it, with their car! I was so upset, but I called Precision, and even though it is Sunday, they came right out, and got the garage door opened, so I could get my car out. I then ordered another door. Both men, that worked on my garage doors were so polite and efficient. Their prices are reasonable, too. I will never go to any other garage door company, after the good service I have received here. Thank you, Precision!

I called yesterday, and they were able to send a technician today, Jose Perea. He did a good job, he fixed my garage door by changing the sensor, and then advised me that the springs will need to be replaced soon as well. I decided to change them right away, and he spent the extra time doing so, no need to make an additional appointment; And indeed the garage door didn't make any clanking noises as it opened and closed once the springs were changed. The repair process was very fast and efficient, Jose completed the work in less than 90mins. Thank you!

I was lied to by the person on the phone and told they could replace one garage door spring, when the technician showed up he said he could not just change one spring and he would have to replace both springs, the other spring on my door was new so why would I replace it, so I got charged a service fee for nothing

GARAGE DOOR - ANNUAL SERVICE MAINTENANCE! Had a new garage door opener unit, installed in June 2015. The technicians, have been professional, provide great customer service, and are knowledgable and conscientious in performing their job. For our scheduled annual maintenance, they continue to provide an overall great service.

Our two garage doors (1 double and 1 single) were not working even though the motors in both were good. The single needed adjustments and a heavier spring while the double needed maintenance service and re-installation of the driver belt. Our technician was Jose Peara and he couldn't have been better. While others have serviced our doors and offered maintenance tips in the past, none where as complete as Jose. The service from the other company was fine but Jose was vastly superior. He was fast, gave complete explanations of what was needed, and, most importantly, he gave more tips and explanations for maintaining the doors. Others gave tips, but they sure missed some important tips when compared to Jose.

Called late Saturday evening expecting Noone to answer. Rep answered, told her my garage door spring had broken and we set a appt for today Sunday. Techician arrived ahead of the appt time and readily replaced the springs with better ones. Checked and lubed all the rollers and rods. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! I will use Precision again if the need arises and most certainly recommend you.

I search for local garage door vendors and Precision had the highest rating for customer service and warranty. I was not disappointed. The garage door motor stopped working but when it did it was loud and horrible sounding. Jose, quickly problem solved the main issues we were having and it was best to replace the motor put a new seal on the door and he even replaced a strut that was originally installed improperly. When he was done, within an hour, it opened beautifully, quietly. We are excited to have the smartphone option remote too! I am very pleased and feel that if I ever have any issue with it in the future a friendly, competent Precision Tech will solve the issue. Thank you, Jose!
