Our Technician, Bill Weier, was very knowledgeable, professional, cordial and honest. He gave me 3 different prices for three different levels of repair. He analyzed our door situation and after a thorough inspection gave me the options, all of which were very reasonable. Our door is now working great and because of Bill's customer service I will absolutely call Precision for all of our future Garage door needs. My garage door spring broke so I dug through my files and found that in 2005 it had broken and was replaced.The Technician at the time had written on the invoice lifetime warranty. I contacted the company and they sent a Tech out this afternoon, I gave them a copy of the invoice and they replaced the springs for free ($400.00 cost savings) and 9 years later all I paid was the labor of $75.00 I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they stood behind what was written on the invoice and the Tech Lance Thurlow was very professional and thorough. In the city of Eastvale we have two e-groups that residents post on and I sent positive comments to both highly recommending Percision Door Service and Lance Thurlow!!! Oh and by the way add the city of Eastvale in your drop down, we have been a city sine October of 2010. I am such a happy camper!!! Jane

Veery friendly, Kind and knowledge, thank u for your service. the only one thing I am not happy about is your produce is very bad, I install this only couple years, and i don't even use this door that much, and I already need the servos call, and it will give your company a bad review because u cary the bad product, I think you need to adjust this problem, instead just change the part, part maybe easy for u to fix but good company name is very hard to rebuild, thank u for take time to read my comment.

Mr.Jose Perea was a responsible Technician, he called first to let us know that his coming. He performed full inspection, explain every details and give some suggestions. He did an excellent job. A fast and friendly person. The price is a little expensive but hope lifetime warranty can save us more money after changing everything.

I was extremely impressed with Bill's commitment to service and professionalism. He arrived promptly, performed a full inspection and replaced both springs. Afterwards he realized the door was not balanced and needed a larger spring. He could have just left the regular springs on and took off, I would have never known. But he explained the door was not balanced. So he took off one of the news springs and installed a heavier spring and made sure the door worked properly. All for the same price. He even greased the opener mechanism and did not charge me. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices are all over the internet. But, integrity and character like that cannot be bought. I want to thank Lance for the fast and professional service he provided in repairing my garage door. His honesty was refreshing and I felt he truly cared about resolving my problem the best way he could and wasn't just looking to make a quick buck. I also very much appreciated the email confirmation I received and the fact that Precision has photos and bios of their technicians on their website. I don't normally give 5 stars on any review but I felt that Precision and Lance earned the 5 stars. Lance's Bios states that's he is people oriented and he most certainly is. I will be using Precision in all my Garage Door needs in the future and will be referring Precision to all my friends and family. Lance, thank you again for providing excellent customer service. Precision is very lucky to have you as an employee.
