Service was prompt and technician explained problem...fraying of new cable and damage to pulley. However he didn't Identify the cause of the cable fraying so there had to be a repeat call to do a further adjustment. still need to have the outside of the door cleaned as there are bad oil stains all down the outside caused when first technician oiled the hinges. I would appreciate prompt attention to this.

Technician arrived on-time despite a long ride in 4th of July traffic, was very courteous and informative and was willing to work around the compromises of the situation(trapped cars in the way, door unable to be opened,etc.) and took some mercy on my budget. Jose was a joy to work with. As soon as he entered the garage the door worked perfectly. Must be his aura! After testing it several times it finally malfunctioned and he was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. He also indicated that the springs making the clunking noise indicated they were about to break. We now have new springs which should last for many years and the door is so much more quiet now. In fact we like to open and close it just to experience not hearing it any more! Thanks again Precision Door Service and a HUGE Atta-boy to Jose.

The guy showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. Was fast, friendly, and the price was more than fair. He could have tried to charge me for a lot more work, but was able to diagnose the cause of my problems to something silly, that I'd not even considered. After following his recommendations, my door now works perfectly. These guys are the "real deal," not some fly-by-night operation. If you need work done, THESE are the guys to call. Don't waste time looking for someone else.

Bill came out on time and was very friendly. He explained that I needed two new springs what the cost would be and installed them quickly. He did a great job, cleaned up after leaving. He explained that precision uses high quality springs that have a 5 year warranty which I liked to hear. Our previous springs were a little cheaper but lasted only three years.
