I was referred to Precision by the previous home owners. I called and Carlos was sent out within 2 hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and I had to completely replace my entire garage unit that was 16 years old. He even found broken on the old unit that could of been life threatening. He had all of the parts and even the motor with him and installed everything brand new in 2 hours. He was so nice and professional. I am very please with the service I received today!! Technician Jorge was amazing, listened to my concerns and took care of a LOOOOOONG STANDING repair request I had since August of 2021. I originally suggested/referred Precison to friends asking for a garage door company. But, I will no longer recommend your company. I've called since August to make a simple repair to my LED light, tech came out that first call and that was it. I've made multiple calls, left messages for manager and NO ONE CALLS BACK OR SENDS OUT A TECH TO FINISH THE REPAIR. SUUUUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGEMENT

We are very happy with the service we received from Jose Perea this morning. We contacted a couple of other companies about our garage door not closing properly, but we were not impressed with those conversations. We had a much better response from Precision and were scheduled for the next morning. Jose arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed several problems with our garage door. He gave us several options and explained costs and consequences clearly. We chose to have the current 16' by 7' garage door reinforced, plus replacing old springs and opener motor. Jose worked very quickly and efficiently, explaining in a friendly manner as he went along. The results were impressive with much better operation of the door. He told us we will be good to go for a long time to come, even though we elected to keep our old door, saving considerable money. You will get excellent service and results if Jose does your job. Thanks, Jose! P.S.: We got more done than the only one choice allowed for service and product purchased in this review site.

Excellent job by Jose Perea, did not charge extra for me watching in spite of what my wife said. All kidding aside, very professional, made the installation look simple. Very pleased with the LiftMaster 8500W side mount opener. Jose even programed my vehicles to open the garage door before he left and hauled away all the trash and old opener as part of the service.

Technician was early. Technician called for permission to arrive early. Technician explained the problem and warned against using certain products to lubricate door hinges and chain. Technician was very helpful and explained what was needed to fully repair my old door.

Our garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving evening. I called four garage door service companies the next morning. One was closed. Another had no one available until the following week due to the holiday. The third company had an open appointment time but explained they did not have the correct spring in their inventory due to the supply chain shortage. Finally, I called Precision and the friendly operator said they had the spring and someone could be out to do the repair by 2 PM that day. The technician, Alan, arrived at our home more than two hours early, having called ahead of time to notify us of his changed arrival time. Because I was at work, my wife was present for the repair. She told me Alan was very courteous and friendly. He explained the necessary repairs and completed them in a timely and efficient manner. The price of the spring replacement was in line with the other three companies' quotes. We were very pleased and relieved to have the repair done so quickly and professionally by Precision.

I chose Precision as they had done repairs on my garage door two years earlier. The work done this time was great. I got a new motor, rotating chain drive and 10 new nylon wheels. The cost concerned me. I was told on the phone that the motor would cost $499.00. The repairman told me he was using a new model and the cost was $799.00. I am assuming labor costs were included in the price. It runs much quieter now. I like the lifetime warranty on the motor.

Garage door Stopped working so I made a call to Precision because that’s who installed the garage door 12 years ago. Talked to the receptionist, she was very nice, casual but professional. She arranged to have somebody come out the same day and within three hours, Carlos was at my door. Because of the age in my garage doors are insulated so they were fairly heavy they didn’t have the strength to close it anymore. Carlos how do unit on his truck that he can replace the garage door opener While he was at my house. Another hour and he was finished new sensors wall openers garage door motor unit everything the new rails the whole unit. Very nice gentleman and I would Highly recommend Precision to anybody that needs them. I will definitely be contacting them in the future should the need ever arise

The tech had no idea what he was doing he charged $464.00 for installing new wheels, a service call and a tune up. The door steal won’t open and close. Then he said for $1000 he could change the springs. I said no thank you. What a rip off. Turns out just need a strap at the point where the opener attached to the door. $12.00. Mesa just tried to up sell and never fixed the problem. I call this place a rip off. The Tech was clueless about garage doors and never told me any pricing until he was done replacing 1 1/2 year old rollers that looked new. Shame on you Mesa, and Shame in me for trusting they would not rip me off. GET ESTIMATES UPFRONT.
