Eric Parra came and explained that our door was nearing the end of its life where spring, rollers, etc. would possibly brake or stop working soon based on the age of those parts. In the end, he reconstructed our garage with all new parts. He was very courteous and professional at all times.

Very nice installation of our new garage door opener. Jorge Fortanel was great and he answered all my questions. Installation was fast and efficient. Cost was a bit pricey and they only carry LiftMaster openers but it didnt prevent us from using their service.

I can truly say Precision is everything their website says it is. Our spring broke and both of our vehicles were trapped inside and we could not budge the garage door. We called about 8:30pm and they had sent out a Tech Jose Perez the next morning and in under an hour we were back in business. Jose was great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
