Today is Labor Day and my garage door got stuck open! I googled a garage door repair company and Precision door service came up. And their web site stated they were open today. Jose Peres came out within about 2 hours of my call and replaced my garage door opener in an hour. He then went thru and linked my car to the opener so I didn’t have to use the remote. He even said he was available to help my boyfriend with his link up if there was any problems. Great service all around.

Yesterday afternoon, while moving stuff in our garage, I accidentally damaged the sensor which prevents closing the door if anything is in the way. I called Precision (which repaired our door a couple of years ago), and they had a technician (Steve) out here this morning (a Saturday). It took him no more than a half hour to install a new sensor and lubricate the track, so the door now works perfectly. VERY prompt and courteous service!

I had a problem with my door opener today. Thinking is was a minor thing I called your company and a service man came the same day .. He assessed the problem and found the motor was bad. He tryed everything to get it going but the last resort was to buy a new garage door opener. He did a great job replacing it . As hot as it was, he replaced the old one and did very good work. I would give him a 5 star rating. Very pleasant.

I bought my 1st door from you in 1999 or 2000. this time you replaced a strut, a hing and a lube and tune. All was done efficiently. I was very satisfied the professional way Steve handled the job. I didn't think of it @ the time but thinking back. I am surprised I wasn't offered a senior discount. My 1st door was installed by the owner and his wife. You guys have really grown.

I had used Precision some years ago to repair and replace a garage door. They did excellent work back then. Recently my lift motors began to fail. They were near end-of-life. I contacted Precision. They arrived with upgraded replacements to the motors and drive mechanisms. The installation was done very well. The work guaranteed. The price was reasonable. The technician explained everything and did not mind my watching him work and learning from him.

Absolutely amazing!! Kenneth was so polite, professional, and just right down amazing!! Got three different quotes in the beginning of my service to choose from which I really liked because they weren’t, trying to up-sell me on anything. They just let me have some ideas to think of the would work best for us. Once I picked they started and had everything I needed. It nice to have same day service. Nowadays it’s hard to get! I have an old garage door (one piece, not panels) and a spring had broken. I told them this when I called to make the appointment. The rep, who was on time and very friendly by the way, told me that the garage door is old and outdated and that springs are not readily available. He recommended replacing the door for $699 I believe, and when I said that is not in the budget, he immediately called and lowered the price to $649. That was a red flag for sure. I decided to check other companies, and found a local company who was here within an hours time with two springs- only one had broken, but they are old, so better to replace both. He was able to buy the springs locally and install. Total cost $169 including labor and parts. I am a realtor and constantly get requests for good service providers. I would never recommend this company.

Mr. Heyl, I am sorry that we did not meet your needs. Your door is a one piece door and requires a different spring. I apologize for my technician saying they are not available, because they are.. So, he made a mistake on that and we have already counseled him on it.. The $699 was obviously for a new door which was not absolutely necessary. However, I am happy that you were taken care of (it seems by a handyman), as our price would have higher that what you stated you paid. I apologize for your experience with us.

Precision Door was so easy to do business with. I needed to get a second LiftMaster jack-shaft garage door opener for my home. I contacted them over the weekend and they were back in touch with me right away. I received a same day installation from the best set of installers. The pricing was good, the work was done expertly. We had an awesome experience with our service man Carlos Jaquez. He came out to assess our project to install garage door. We weren’t sure it would be possible because there wasn’t prior frame work. Carlos assured it can done. We were ecstatic. He arrived on scheduled time. Carlos went straight to work. His knowledge and experience was quickly evident. He explained in advance what the project was going to entail. We were so happy after the framing, garage door, garage door opener were installed. It looked very nice. Carlos also informed us how to use the garage door opener. We felt Carlos went beyond our expectations. We’re glad to have found Precision garage door services.

I just want to thank you for coming out to fix my garage door even though the original installation was not done properly by Derek olear but I should have not be charged for shoddy workmanship. It shouldn’t matter if it was a holiday or not. This is not a proper way to do business and charge people $89 for fixing the company’s mistake. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.
