We had used Precision about 5 years ago for garage door maintenance. This time we didn't have an emergency repair, but just needed a tune-up on our door and were looking to purchase a new opener. Called at 8:00 AM Saturday morning, and they got us a technician before noon the same day! Jorge Fortanel was courteous, professional, and explained everything to our satisfaction. The opener installation and maintenance on the door exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Precision!

Carlos did a great job repairing my garage door. He was early, had the repair complete in no time at all and was professional to the extreme. He suggested some improvements and explained why they would be helpful. He gave me up front pricing which did not change after-the-fact. Excellent services! The appointment was available within two hours of my call. The service technician shows up a little late due to his prior assignment, but he did call to inform me his new arrival time. Technician Carlos was very professional and very knowledgeable about what was needed to repair the garage door panel. He got everything done in an hour! Super job!!!

Excellent Service! Very pleased to be able to set up a next day appointment by using the "chat" option on the website after 9 p.m. Recieved an email conformation for the appointment along with a picture of the technician, who called ten minutes before his arrival. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he explained the reason to replace the other one as well. He also discovered that the wires to the sensors had been chewed by mice - causing the door to occasionally not close. He spliced in new wires at no additional charge. Overall: timely, friendly, competent, professional service.

Existing garage door opener malfunction was a blessing since it finally nudged me look into a new one which was less noisy, smooth running, and gentle touch when bottoming-out. Precision door had come out a few years before to repair something else on the opener. Benny was great. He came out, took a look and told me what the problem was and advised that because my old unit was 20+ years old, I would have to replace it. He did so and even paired my old remote with the new motor. Once I find a great service provider I stick with them. I fancy a new garage door so I will be calling Precision for that as well. About 11 p.m. Sunday night I discovered that my 20 year old garage door opening system failed. By the next day, Monday at 2:30 p.m. I had a brand new system completely installed and functioning perfectly. I had expected that I would have to raise and close the garage door manually for at least a week before I could successfully get an appointment and have the work done. Carlos Barragan is the hero of this story. He was skilled, efficient and thorough in his workmanship, he explained and demonstrated how the system works and answered my questions, he left no trash behind, and he was friendly. At the end of a potentially depressing event my heart was singing the praises of Precision and Carlos Barragan!
