Carlos did a good job of resetting the garage door opener (Guardian), it worked while he was here but after he left (about3 min later) it did it again. So I called Precision back to catch him and they did. He worked on resetting but the unit said there was a blockage so it wouldn't close. Nothing blocking so thought it was just overheating from trying it so many times. He didn't know what else to do, so he left.

This was our first time using Precision Door Service, and it was an excellent experience, from the time we placed our initial call to schedule the appointment, to the time the work was complete. Gilbert, our technician, was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to clearly spell out our options for replacing our garage door opener, and performed the work thoroughly but expeditiously. Awesome customer service and installation performance! I called to arrange for an estimate appointment for the replacement of my two garage door openers just after 10 this morning. The estimator/installer was at my door an hour and a half later. He provided me with a fair price for two great openers and had them with him. By 2:30 this same afternoon, my ultra quiet and high tech openers were installed, programmed to open with the "Homelink" buttons in each of our two cars, and our cellphones were programmed to monitor and operate the door openers from any remote location where we have internet access. Awesome people and awesome service!

So very disappointed on the service I've got today ,not the first time that i had call Precision garage door but its definitely my last time I call them. I just moved to a new house with a keypad opener on the side of the garage but it wasn't working so I called them to either fix it or change it to a new key pad opener.I did tell the lady who answer my call about my problem and i told her that I have their free service charge with the repair coupon and she told me it would be $99 .When the technician came he had a Liftmaster key pad which he tried to make it work with my Genie garage door opener and was not successful .Then he called his friend and they told him Liftmaster key pad doesn't work with Genie opener and I had to pay $50 for nothing ,Waste of my time and money .

The Precision Garage technician, Jose Perez, called me when he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed the Good-Better-Best Options for my two openers; one failing and one ‘classic’ and then he installed two new openers, model 8550. Jose went over the operation of the openers and even Help setup the remote openers in my car. I felt exceptionally fortunate to have a friendly, professional such as Jose do the installation. He is the standard for ‘Best’ in a Good-Better-Best scenario.

I needed new cables for my main garage door because after 12 years, they were getting frayed and wornout. He was very fast and detailed on accomplishing the job expertly.
