So pleased with the excellent service we received. We were able to schedule a same day appointment (on a Sunday!) and our technician Gilbert arrived right on schedule. This was a smooth, easy process from the start - we received an email confirmation of our appointment and a phone call once our technician was on his way to our home. Gilbert was very professional, explained our options and installed a really nice, quiet opener with a security key pad. Gilbert made sure we understood all the features of our new opener and programmed our remotes for us. He lubricated the rollers and wheels to ensure maximum performance that's whisper quiet. Will definitely call Precision for our next garage door/opener service!

A few months ago I had Precision out to repair/replace my broken springs on our two car roll up door. Gilbert Garcia was our Technician. He did a wonderful quick repair. He was very professional and friendly. When we started having trouble with our door opener, I didn't think of any other company to call but Precision. To our surprise Gilbert was once again our Tech. He tried to fix the door opener as best he could however, it was old and on it's last leg. The "fix" he made could very well have gotten us by for months if not a year or two but I was wherry of it failing while I was away so we made the decision to replace the opener. Gilbert explained the different products to us so without making a suggestion of which one to purchase. We made the choice that we believe is best of us and we'll only have to wait a day to get it installed. Thank you Gilbert! and Thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Rook (sp?) did a great job. Came out on a Sunday during the Coronavirus epidemic and made our garage door better than new. The day before, a rake got jammed in the side of the garage door when it was being lowered. The top center of the door caved in. He replaced the top strut, opener connecting piece, springs, and readjusted the door.

I chose Precision Door for all my garage door needs now as they came to my rescue a couple of years ago when my garage door would open and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP and they came out that night and replaced the motor, springs and checked all the joints and the track to make sure it was back in perfect order and i was good to go the next morning. I have them do my yearly maintenance check and all the techs are super professional and go over everything they did with you. Thank you Precision Door for helping me out !!!! :-)

Never have I seen an employee go above and beyond to get a job done correctly. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. When your garage gives you a problem and mine was a nightmare. sooner or later you will need to call a garage door repairman. Go no further then Precision door service . Once the guy got here, I really felt like I was dealing with a sales man rather than a repair man. I told him I had their coupon for 15.00 off, he said they have a new program and he would have to charge me 45.00 if I wanted to use the coupon. So why do they even have coupons on their site. Also I thought it was quite pricey at 400.00 to change rwo springs.

I had an issue with my garage, I called them and they said they would have a technician out within two hours. The technician was here in an hour and fixed my issue (added two garage struts) in thirty minutes. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Fantastic service on a Sunday emergency. Gilbert Garcia was great, personable and took the time to explain all my options. Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.

Jose Perea was amazing. Came out the day I called for service. Diagnosed and repaired in one visit! He did such a great job I had him replace the 2nd garage door mechanisms as well as a preventative measure. Bravo Precision!
