Benjamin, the the tech, was courteous, professional and informative; his truck was fully equipped, and he did not have to leave the premises to locate additional parts. ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95

A 5 star rating was earned. New springs and a complete opener package with rollers was required and installed by a very competent service/sales technician, Nick Martinez. This is the 2nd home I've used Precision for Garage service and both experiences have been 5 STAR rated. I can't speak highly enough of the complete experience--i.e. from order through job completion!!

Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !

This was my 3rd appointment with your company. My first two were fine but this one I decided on the warranty and hope this is the right choice for me. I am a widow , 79 years old. I have no family here so it's up to me to choose. I do feel good about my decision and that's all I can really tell you. Nick was my technician and seemed very smart on his knowledge. The service was excellent. When I closed to schedule an appointment, I was given a two hour window, but the technician was at my home with 45 minutes and had the garage fixed within 40 minutes.

Garage door opener break-downs always occur suddenly, and always at an awful time, in this case, late in the afternoon and before many important events. Precision provided service early the next morning, quickly replaced all the broken parts and installed a new opener. Technician Jose Perea was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. I was impressed with every aspect of Precision's business.
