Thanks to Precision and our Service Tech Benny Urbino for repairing the damage to our garage door. The bracket was almost torn off the garage door which was really a very dangerous situation given that it could have crashed, endangering our safety. So we are very happy to see Benny save the day!! Benny also mentioned the Classic Package for maintenance. Fontana gets dry weather conditions with really strong winds so it's good that we have that service available to us. We are very satisfied with our service repair from Precision Garage Door. Thanks again!

When the garage door won't work, it's a real problem for Wifey! I called Precision and they sent Benny Urbino, Technician, out the same day. We had a new garage door opener installed with new springs, etc., the next day. We're back in business. Thank you to Precision and Benny for the quick response and upgraded Liftmaster garage door opener.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

The installation of the garage door opener was excellent. The technician showed up as promised and promptly completed the job, including removal of our old unit and all of the packing material. The star rating would be higher, but for the following: The technician had trouble processing our credit card payment, and ended up entering it multiple times. I have delayed completing this survey, as one of the duplicate charges has not been completely resolved. After several calls to your company and to our bank one extra charge remains only “conditionally” reversed. Our bank advised us today that they have received no response to their inquires regarding the remaining disputed amount.

I've seen the adds for years, and have a few trusted friends that have used Precision in the past and were very satisfied. I now understand why. Setting up the appointment was easy. The lady I spoke with, Jeannie I think, was polite, easy to understand, and friendly. Derek, the installer, did as Jeannie promised. He called about 15 minutes prior to arrival. He did a review of my current garage door opener and offered three options to address my problem. All no pressure. Once I made my selection, he went to work immediately. It was great to see a person, in the trades, that enjoys what they do. I asked him about working with Precision. "I really like it." And you could tell by his attention to detail and focus on the job at hand. In and out in a few hours. He took away all the trash and old opener. EZE PEEZZE.

I was having an issue getting my garage door to close . I had used Precision four years ago to check my opener when I purchased my home. I called today at 11 am, the tech was here at 2pm. Having seen how quiet the belt drive was I opted to replace my 20 year old opener with a new opener . My tech was Eduardo Montoya and he was excellent . Everything completed in two hours

Rip Off.....$69.00++ for Estimate - for appt. to come and look at the damage and if I agreed to do the work it would be deducted from the final bill. Estimate extremely over priced, resulting in costing me $69.00 for a guy to come by my house for 5 minutes. Example: I was told springs on door were undersize and it would cost $600.00++ to repair. Cost of replacement springs alone were $209.00 each (Can buy heavy duty springs at Home Depot for $65.00 for Two(2) springs). Because I would not pay for the fix, I still got stuck for the $69.00++ for 5 minute visit. Called another garage door company and they fixed the problem for $195.00. This company verified that the springs were undersized but could still be used by tightening the springs. Was not given this option with Precision. I am a contractor and will never use Precision again and will not recommend them for any type of work.

I have used Precision Garage Door several times and am always impressed about the personable and yet professional and timely service they provide. Today I had Justin Pearson successfully repair my Liftmaster opener with the telephonic assistance of a Liftmaster technician. When the opener functioned properly again, I could see a big smile in Justin’s face as he readily admitted that he too had learned something new today. With that he cemented my confidence that I will always be in good hands with Precision Garage Door.

Just finished repairing our two car garage door that went off rail. Got charged over $2K. Repair person did not offer “Good”, “Better” or “Best” quotations. Went straight to offer “Best” repair quote at over $2000. Found out there was a “Good” repair option at about $600 and “Better” option at around $1300 after paying off the invoice. Called management for explanation but did not return my call. Boasting their “life time warranty” which has many limitations. Learned a very expensive lesson. Please do your homework and compare prices before using their service! The worse is you lose $69.99 estimation fee. Not like me, overpaying thousand plus. Not very honest business practice. Take precaution before commit!
