Awesome customer service and installation performance! I called to arrange for an estimate appointment for the replacement of my two garage door openers just after 10 this morning. The estimator/installer was at my door an hour and a half later. He provided me with a fair price for two great openers and had them with him. By 2:30 this same afternoon, my ultra quiet and high tech openers were installed, programmed to open with the "Homelink" buttons in each of our two cars, and our cellphones were programmed to monitor and operate the door openers from any remote location where we have internet access. Awesome people and awesome service!

So very disappointed on the service I've got today ,not the first time that i had call Precision garage door but its definitely my last time I call them. I just moved to a new house with a keypad opener on the side of the garage but it wasn't working so I called them to either fix it or change it to a new key pad opener.I did tell the lady who answer my call about my problem and i told her that I have their free service charge with the repair coupon and she told me it would be $99 .When the technician came he had a Liftmaster key pad which he tried to make it work with my Genie garage door opener and was not successful .Then he called his friend and they told him Liftmaster key pad doesn't work with Genie opener and I had to pay $50 for nothing ,Waste of my time and money .

The Precision Garage technician, Jose Perez, called me when he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed the Good-Better-Best Options for my two openers; one failing and one ‘classic’ and then he installed two new openers, model 8550. Jose went over the operation of the openers and even Help setup the remote openers in my car. I felt exceptionally fortunate to have a friendly, professional such as Jose do the installation. He is the standard for ‘Best’ in a Good-Better-Best scenario.

My wife and I have been loyal customers for 7yrs for a reason. Excellent product, honest and very professional employees. That goes a long way with us. Jose is the best!!! We wanted to upgrade to the new battery back-up garage door openers and bought 2.There are many companies to choose from but we're not going anywhere. I needed new cables for my main garage door because after 12 years, they were getting frayed and wornout. He was very fast and detailed on accomplishing the job expertly. I'm very happy with his performance. Please if you need an expert, request Jose Perea. He's the best!

This would be a no star review if the system let me....... No service performed, because I could not get anyone to call me back to assure me that all of the issues I discussed with the tech would be handled once they came out to perform the work. It has been 4 business days since I called and requested a call back from someone to help me, and I have called 3 times and emailed ktaylor@precisiondoor.net (the owner's last name is Taylor, so I'm betting wife, brother or other relative) but have been ignored. I have used these guys previously with generally positive results, but in this case they have dropped the ball from the get-go. Very sad to see a business being run into the ground like this.

I don't normally write reviews, but I am taking the time to do so today because I received excellent same day service. My 15 year old garage door was damaged after hitting something on its way down. Not only did Jorge repair the damage, but replaced all of the old hardware which included a lifetime warranty and did so in record time. He was on time, and very professional. I was referred by a previous client. My first contact over the phone was very friendly and professional. A representative was sent to my home the next day. Jose and Carlos (technicians) arrived early, diagnosed the problem and offered options. My decision was just to change out the remote. They made sure my garage doors operated properly before they left. They were both very professional, friendly and exhibited excellent customer service. Very good customer service when I called in to schedule a service appt. Then on the date of the appt, the service repairman was on the job timely, called me, advised me of all the issues found with the opener, including to make sure I was aware of the age of the opener. He gave me a detailed repair list and cost of same, which was very reasonable. I use this same company for a house in Las Vegas and received the same great services.

This was our first time using Precision Door Service, and it was an excellent experience, from the time we placed our initial call to schedule the appointment, to the time the work was complete. Gilbert, our technician, was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to clearly spell out our options for replacing our garage door opener, and performed the work thoroughly but expeditiously. Overall, I would highly recommend Precision, and plan to use them again in the future. Well done!
