Our doors have been installed for seven years now. We usually clean and lube them ourselves. This year however we called for an inspection and professional clean and lube. Technician Ben was here in a couple of hours, checked everything and lubed the door hardware. Excellent service with piece of mind the doors are operating well.

My technician, Benny, was great. He called to let me know he was on his way. Benny made the repair to the weather stripping on my overhead door. He also sprayed the hinges, roller areas along with making an adjustment on the down force on the door. Benny is a true professional.

This was a wonderful experience. The woman who took my phone call was efficient and give me two choices of appointment times same day. Justin called before the appointment time and asked if it was a good time for him to show up which was amazing because I’ve never had anybody do that before they usually just have you waiting. He was professional, efficient, fair, and ethical. I usually worry about getting ripped off and this was great. I previously used another garage door repair company but I am going to change and stick with Precision.

I purchased a Rebuild Package from Precision Garage Door in 2014. I recently noticed that one of the items in the rebuild package was showing some wear. I scheduled a service appointment to inspect the item. The Service Tech arrived on time and inspected all of the components of my garage door. The Service Tech agreed that the component in question was showing unusable wear. The component was replaced and all it cost me was labor. After my garage door had a catastrophic failure caused by a snapped tension spring I called precision door service. Even though I am in the Coachella valley and the company is in riverside i was able to have technician Benny sent out to my place within 2 hours (AWESOME). Benny diagnosed the issue, offered me options, and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure. I went with a new spring system and a wifi controlled opener as well as some super quiet rollers. Benny completed the work in a few hours and left my garage as clean as he found it. Fantastic customer service and professionalism by Benny and the team at Precision.

Absolutely outstanding service provided by Precision! Called in the afternoon for estimate / evaluation which was done the very next morning at 8am! And the Service / Sales Technician (Nick M.) was able to complete the chosen and needed repairs immediately! New garage door opener, torsion bar, torsion springs, cables, etc. Completed within 3 hours of arrival. Nick was very technically proficient and courteous. I expected a repair not a replacement company. I was quoted a large number for replacement of everything and nothing for repairs. I was left paying for someone to tell me that my door equipment is not working, which I already Knew. Nothing was done and only quoted for new equipment. This is wrong. Your Tech was very professional but I needed a resolution.

Thanks to Precision and our Service Tech Benny Urbino for repairing the damage to our garage door. The bracket was almost torn off the garage door which was really a very dangerous situation given that it could have crashed, endangering our safety. So we are very happy to see Benny save the day!! Benny also mentioned the Classic Package for maintenance. Fontana gets dry weather conditions with really strong winds so it's good that we have that service available to us. The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

The installation of the garage door opener was excellent. The technician showed up as promised and promptly completed the job, including removal of our old unit and all of the packing material. The star rating would be higher, but for the following: The technician had trouble processing our credit card payment, and ended up entering it multiple times. I have delayed completing this survey, as one of the duplicate charges has not been completely resolved. After several calls to your company and to our bank one extra charge remains only “conditionally” reversed. Our bank advised us today that they have received no response to their inquires regarding the remaining disputed amount.
