I called Precision the evening of 12/30/21 because of broken tension cable. they scheduled the repair for 12/31/21 between 10am-12pm. The technician, Benjamin Urbino arrived at 9:45am and the estimate ready by 10am. He replaced all the moving parts by 11:30am. My wife and I were very pleased with Bennie's efficiency, courtesy, professionalism and overall nice young man. we were also pleased with the staff's telephone courtesy. Thank you

I received an appointment the next day after calling. The repair man quickly assessed what was wrong with my garage door and went to work. I had one broken hinge and my door would not close properly. I also had the rollers replaced at the suggestion of repairman. My garage door works great and has never been quieter when operating. The rollers were differently in need of replacement. This is the second time Precision has done repair work for me and I was not disappointed!

I will only do business with Precision from now on. For 5 years the burglers near had a code grabber and I had to open the door manually. I was assured this motor is high security. Way over priced $600 for 2 tortion Springs It charged a $109 for 2 cables that I didn't need 93 bucks for spraying the wheels with lube spray and failing me on a bunch of stuff on the check list that are not bad and a199.00 per spring after I found the same ones on line for 49 bucks and the invoice shows both springs with the same part number but one is 3 inches shorter and worst the the door is making all kinds of snapping noises it didn't have before I'm afraid to even call them back just not fare!!!!

#1 The work was done, but it didn't start out good. He came with insults right away, calling us a couple of old people, it got my hackles up and I said "I don't like that" then he said he should have called us elderly people. Huh? #2 After they left, I started seeing that Everything was greasy...everything they touched or replaced is greasy the plastic covers of garage motor light bulbs is filthy with grease, outside on garage door where weather strip is greasy and crossbars on inside filthy with grease. Greasy handprints, finger prints NOT GOOD, Aggravated!!! Replaced spring, rollers, cable (everything BUT the garage door motor)

The good part is of this experience was their technician, Eric, was very efficient. he only took 15 minutes to replace both springs although only one was broken. The bad part of this experience was the deception in the way this company does business. When I called to make the appointment I provided the exact size of the broken spring and asked what the repair would cost. I was quoted a reasonable price. When Eric arrived he told me the repair would cost more than twice what I was quoted or I could pay a $49 "service fee" for him to do nothing. Next time I will order the springs online and do the replacement myself or hire a competent handyman.

i have 2 homes in 2 different cities, i was so happy and pleased with the service at one of my homes, so when the garage needed to be looked at my other house i called precision again, my tech jose was fantastic, very nice, kind, sweet and very personable. I thought i need a brand new door, but after jose looked at it, he said all i needed was new parts. Everything that needed to be replaced he replaced, he did an excellent, fantastic and great job. I also appreciated his honesty by telling me that i did not a new garage door and all it was, was parts that needed to be replaced. He saved me a lot of money and i greatly appreciated that a lot, thank you to jose who worked out of riverside calif, he was fantastic and thank you to precision customer service as well for getting an appointment set up with jose, and again thank you to jose, he was absolutely fantastic, defiently deserves a very nice size raise, i greatly appreciated his hard work and dedication to his work. Also there were several parts that jose replaced and everything is in exceptional working order. I would defiently recommend precision garage door service, i am very happy with them and will continue to use them in the future.

This company hired a terrible technician name Eric Parra who I think had no courtesey, knowledge about customer services. He came to my home this morning 12022021 to give an estimate of my garage. He didn't ask permission to enter my residence. He came to the side gate and bented the metal latches hook to enter. Now I have to fix it. I called to talk to kate or katie who I think is the daughter of the owner = Don Taylor and asked her to speak to the service manager or Don Taylor - the owner. She told me no one was/is available so she will have them to give me a call back. Let's see if they will? Anyway, he demanded that I pay him $50 for his gas & time if I don't buy his sale&service to replace my garage's motor. I told him that no one told me I need to pay for them to come out and give an estimate and if they do, I'd have refuse. I made no agreement with your company about paying you to come out and give an estimate period. He tried a hard sale technique which now aday won't work with consumers! He kept pressed on selling which irritate me. By the way, he didn't wear mask as a courtesey and safety protocol by any business standard to protect themselves and us as a family. I hope Don will read this message and give me a call back.
