Eric Parra was the technician that installed a new garage door motor. The prior one was over 15-yrs. Eric was thorough in explaining/showing me the repair that would be completed. He called prior to his arrival, his appearance was professional [he was COVID-19 compliant] and he removed all debris from the unboxing. He completed the replacement within 1 1/2hrs. Jose was awesome he came to my house and looked at our existing garage door opener showing me where the screw drive was wearing out. So he showed me a new particular LiftMaster garage door opener that had a 3/4 power motor and it could hook up to an app on your phone which is what I wanted. Thus I accepted the offer and he installed the new opener in less than a hour. He was very friendly and professional. He was very competent in every step installing the new opener
