Absolutely amazing!! Kenneth was so polite, professional, and just right down amazing!! Got three different quotes in the beginning of my service to choose from which I really liked because they weren’t, trying to up-sell me on anything. They just let me have some ideas to think of the would work best for us. Once I picked they started and had everything I needed. It nice to have same day service. Nowadays it’s hard to get! I’ll definitely, be recommending this company and employee Kenneth for anyone needing garage door services!! Thank you again for being so efficient and professional!! I have an old garage door (one piece, not panels) and a spring had broken. I told them this when I called to make the appointment. The rep, who was on time and very friendly by the way, told me that the garage door is old and outdated and that springs are not readily available. He recommended replacing the door for $699 I believe, and when I said that is not in the budget, he immediately called and lowered the price to $649. That was a red flag for sure. I decided to check other companies, and found a local company who was here within an hours time with two springs- only one had broken, but they are old, so better to replace both. He was able to buy the springs locally and install. Total cost $169 including labor and parts. I am a realtor and constantly get requests for good service providers. I would never recommend this company.

Mr. Heyl, I am sorry that we did not meet your needs. Your door is a one piece door and requires a different spring. I apologize for my technician saying they are not available, because they are.. So, he made a mistake on that and we have already counseled him on it.. The $699 was obviously for a new door which was not absolutely necessary. However, I am happy that you were taken care of (it seems by a handyman), as our price would have higher that what you stated you paid. I apologize for your experience with us.

Precision Door was so easy to do business with. I needed to get a second LiftMaster jack-shaft garage door opener for my home. I contacted them over the weekend and they were back in touch with me right away. I received a same day installation from the best set of installers. The pricing was good, the work was done expertly. I definitely will use the again.

We had an awesome experience with our service man Carlos Jaquez. He came out to assess our project to install garage door. We weren’t sure it would be possible because there wasn’t prior frame work. Carlos assured it can done. We were ecstatic. He arrived on scheduled time. Carlos went straight to work. His knowledge and experience was quickly evident. He explained in advance what the project was going to entail. We were so happy after the framing, garage door, garage door opener were installed. It looked very nice. Carlos also informed us how to use the garage door opener. We felt Carlos went beyond our expectations. We’re glad to have found Precision garage door services.

I paid $800 for a service. I learned later that several of my neighbors had the same service from other companies and paid between $250 And $350.

I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I am not sure what your neighbors had done, but what you got from us is our rebuild package which includes replacing all the major moving parts on your door with premium grade parts, and a lifetime warranty on those parts for as long as you live in your home. I hope this explains our costs, and thank you for your feedback and for being our customer..

The large spring on my automatic garage door mechanism broke on Sunday so I was unable to put my car back in my garage. When I checked for a repair service, I was impressed with the reviews from Precision so I called Sunday evening expecting to leave a message. I actually spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful and scheduled service for the next day, today, to come between 4-6 pm. Since I get off work at 2 pm I told the scheduler that if the repairman could come earlier I'd be there. When I got home today at about 2:15 pm Jose, the repairman, was waiting for me. Within an hour he had my door completely repaired including the parts I needed plus service for the rest of the door mechanism. I was very impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved. I want to give a special shout out to JOSE who did the repairs and explained all the work that was done. He also let me know the cost before starting the repairs and gave me two options. Thanks so much to the entire Precision team for your help!!!

Needed an emergency garage door repair, spring broke. I was able to arrange an appointment that fit into my busy schedule and was very pleased when the repairman, Jose, arrived a little early. Jose was knowledgeable and took the time to examine the situation then explain it in detail to us. Though I think the cost is high, it was well within the range of what we found when researching it on the internet. Jose did a fantastic job and I hope he is recognized by his company for the outstanding service provider that he is. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing service

I called Precision Door service because my Garage spring broke. I made an appointment for later this afternoon. Jose called he was going be to my house in about 20 min. When he got to my house, he got right to work. He really knows his stuff. He explained everything he was going to do. He quoted me a price before he started, the final price was just as he quoted, no hidden fees. He was Fast. He cleaned up after he was done, a real professional. Worth every penny.
