I am more than happy to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door services. I called at 7:30 am with a request to look at my 20 year old garage door, which had stopped working the day before. By 10:30 am, Jose had installed a new motor and new rollers. He was honest about what needed to be replaced and very fast and efficient in getting the work completed. We appreciated his work and his positivity. I will recommend this company to anyone wondering who to call.

I recently moved into my home in Yucaipa. I found that there was some maintenance needed on three garage door openers. I also needed a full set of remotes and two key pads. Steven came out and did an inspection on the older Genie opener. It was discovered that it had a weak torsion spring. He replaced that and did additional maintenance. He also did the maintenance on two LiftMaster openers. The difference on the Genie amazed me. It is now smooth and quiet whereas before it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. Everything is back to good working order. Steven is a friendly, professional man and fully explained what was needed. Based on the service he provided I would recommend Precision without hesitation. Great speedy service on my garage repair. Work conducted in no time. Jose the Garage Tech was able to communicate the issue, the corrective action and the possible updates as well. It was not an upscale pitch which I was very happy about. Initially I was just going to do cables, but figured springs are old and need to be replaced. Jose agreed do to age and did that as well. Had a Garage door issue, the dawn thing jump the track, separated the cables and would not lift. Ran the motor one more time to try and get some response from the door and nothing. All the motor did was hum. OK, that was that not going to burn this thing out. Called Precision after seeing their commercial on tv. They were direct, honest with me about scheduling and were prompt on arrival the following day as scheduled. The technician came out, met mike for the first time, pleasant gentleman, business approach and appearance and dissect the problem immediately and gave me some options that I thought was reasonable. I chose the one I liked and he went to work on it right away. Finished the job in one to two hours and I felt like I had a brand new door. Very satisfied with the work and the customer service and put them on my speed dial immediately. They will be my first call if need be. Thanks Mike for a job well done. Hope not to see you soon. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jose Perea. Precision had come out a few months ago because the garage door wouldn't open . . . the technician serviced the motor then and got it working temporarily, but warned us it could possibly break again soon. And it did. Jose came out within a couple hours of my call, showed us the problem (broken gears inside the motor), quickly replaced the motor and the springs, which he had in stock on his truck, and got us back in business in no time. While he was here, I asked about installing openers on two doors on our back garage, one of which he did that day, the other motor had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in a couple days later, he was back to install that. He was extremely personable and friendly, his service was efficient and very professional, he programmed all the transmitters including the one in my car, and everything was totally cleaned up when he left. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends.

We had a spring break above our garage door and heard a LOUD bang as the garage door attempted to close - luckily nobody was hurt but we needed a quick repair. We set up our appointment via chat and saw Jose the next day. He did a great job advising and then taking care of our issue AND he was fast - on the ball and obviously full of knowledge.
