I paid $800 for a service. I learned later that several of my neighbors had the same service from other companies and paid between $250 And $350.

I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I am not sure what your neighbors had done, but what you got from us is our rebuild package which includes replacing all the major moving parts on your door with premium grade parts, and a lifetime warranty on those parts for as long as you live in your home. I hope this explains our costs, and thank you for your feedback and for being our customer..

The large spring on my automatic garage door mechanism broke on Sunday so I was unable to put my car back in my garage. When I checked for a repair service, I was impressed with the reviews from Precision so I called Sunday evening expecting to leave a message. I actually spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful and scheduled service for the next day, today, to come between 4-6 pm. Since I get off work at 2 pm I told the scheduler that if the repairman could come earlier I'd be there. When I got home today at about 2:15 pm Jose, the repairman, was waiting for me. Within an hour he had my door completely repaired including the parts I needed plus service for the rest of the door mechanism. I was very impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved. I want to give a special shout out to JOSE who did the repairs and explained all the work that was done. He also let me know the cost before starting the repairs and gave me two options. Thanks so much to the entire Precision team for your help!!!

Needed an emergency garage door repair, spring broke. I was able to arrange an appointment that fit into my busy schedule and was very pleased when the repairman, Jose, arrived a little early. Jose was knowledgeable and took the time to examine the situation then explain it in detail to us. Though I think the cost is high, it was well within the range of what we found when researching it on the internet. Jose did a fantastic job and I hope he is recognized by his company for the outstanding service provider that he is. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing service

I called Precision Door service because my Garage spring broke. I made an appointment for later this afternoon. Jose called he was going be to my house in about 20 min. When he got to my house, he got right to work. He really knows his stuff. He explained everything he was going to do. He quoted me a price before he started, the final price was just as he quoted, no hidden fees. He was Fast. He cleaned up after he was done, a real professional. Worth every penny. I will refer Precision Door service to all my friends and neighbors.

Had a spring snap on my garage door. Went to Safari to garage door repair. Found excellent reviews and great star rating. Called and set appointment for Sunday when all others were closed. The customer service was very good from the first phone call to Steve the repairman. All were very professional with me. Steve was very thorough in his assessment of what was wrong with the door and I appreciated that he did not try to convince me to purchase other products or services. I chose you guys because of past experience when I was impressed by your techs. Again, I was impressed by your friendly, professional techs....and believe me...I am difficult to impress. well, Don Taylor (Owner) let me tell you how I feel. 11 days ago we got an estimate for a new garage door and our sales rep. (Dean) was great. However, since we PAID IN FULL that day and were assured "Someone" would contact us on the installation date we wanted 03/18/2019. Since then the silence is deafening. I've reached out to NO avail since your Reps. can only take messages! Well, my messages seem to fall on DEAF EARS since no one has called me back! I hope you read these because you need to know how horrible your customer service is! I'll be expecting a call from your company immediately...
