I give a solid 5 stars to my experience on December 29th. My wife combed the internet and found Precision so I called. The dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. The technician, Bill Weier, was prompt and diagnosed the problems quickly and offered the various remedies and costs. Once I decided on the course of action he expertly executed the work carefully and within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, he assisted me with syncing my new vehicle's garage remote feature which is, otherwise, complicated. He explained the features of the new equipment and made sure I understood everything. He was very helpful and is an asset to your business. I would certainly refer Precision going forward.

We inherited an old working garage door and opener when we bought our house 7 years ago. We decided to 'nurse' the old door opener until it was time to invest in a new one. Thankfully Precision was able to get a technician out to me on the day I called. My garage door motor had died, the technician Jose was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, not to mention efficient. He had a new motor on his truck and all other tools needed to do the job. The whole visit was under 1 hour. I am very happy with Precision Door Service, I have been using them for 10 years now.

The tech Mike was great. My only problem was the labor cost. I cant believe you guys would charge 250 dollars for labor on a 30 minute job. The parts were only 60 dollars. The labor cost are outrageous.
