I rate the company service a scale rating of 5, from contacting them to the Tech who comes out to resolved the problem. We have been involved with them since 2018 if I recall correctly. Their garage door works has performed with no problems and to come out again to try and get the remote from the car visor to work is good customer service. Their responding fee is $49.95, really reasonable

After I showed your service technician the broken spring on my garage door, he immediately absolved your company from any wrong doing or responsibility. I was under the assumption that your company had installed the garage door. I was not aware that a different company had installed the door and your company had installed the door opener. So, I was caught between the two. The technician gave me an estimate which was far out of my budget. The cheapest price he gave me was close to $500 dollars. To some, that is not a lot of money, but, to me, living on social security and retirement, it is. I asked him if there was anyway for me to open the door by hand. He just shook his head and said “no.” It was almost as if he was saying “that’s my offer, you can accept it or be stuck with a garage door that won’t open.” I was not satisfied with this service call.

Thank you Mr. Facio for your review. I am sorry that you are not happy with the final invoice. With many mechanical systems it is difficult to visually determine what is causing a malfunction. Our process is to totally inspect the garage door system so you know the condition of your system. Then we inform you of what it costs for variations of the repair, and have you decide how much of the repair you want done. Obviously you are happy with the proper functionality and safety of your door, which is most important. We use the best parts for our repairs, so even though you paid more than you expected, it is a great value. Thank you so much for being our customer.
