Made an appointment expressing that I most likely needed a replacement garage door opener. I never received any calls prior to appointment, detailing what my options were or what was available. Technician showed up without any openers available. He stated that they were currently out of doors, yet the installation price would increase if I were to provide my own. I asked him to check on the availability of a door opener, and call me back to set up an install. I never received any call back after over a week.

Found your web page using Google search on Internet and close the Menifee. Deeply appreciated Gary working us in on his already heavy Friday schedule. Gary professionally replaced our bent long door rod (my own definition, probably not the correct technical term), weakened lower grade springs that had been putting a strain on our opener motor, and rewound the cable that had come unwound from off the rotor when the door hit a cardboard tube blown into the path of the closing door. Lesson I learned the hard was, never place a cardboard tube adjacent to door tracks that could allow the wind to blow the tube into the path of the closing door. Door is now perfectly balanced, with a much lower load of our opener motor. Gary precisely adding just the right amount of torque to the springs, calculating the correct amount of turns he needed to add to the springs, using a known good math formula that takes into account the length of the cables, height of the door, and circumference of the cable rotors. Impressed when Gary also politely helped my neighbor that ran to ask for help, at no additional pay. So nice when a garage door professional turns out to be a really nice guy, and a fellow Marine Veteran, that also has served our country. :-)
